Esther Price Candies Kenwood — Local services in Sycamore Township

I had fond memories of this candy company from my days in Ohio, but their customer service is off the charts. - - in a baaaaad way. Twice i have waited on the customer service line for over FIFTY minutes to check on an online order - except when i finally get to the too of the queue, its drops my call. Happened yesterday and today. Went from caller number 24 & 28 respectively, i get to umber 1, then call drops.

I tried to log on to the website today. It said the site could not receive, process, or accept orders. I understand ita christmas, BUT WHOEVER IS IN CHARGE OF CUSTOMER SATISFACTION NEEDS A GIANT DEMOTION.

I still have no idea if my order was sent and lost by UPS, or if it ever left their building.

I really hate leaving negative reviews (check my other posts), but i have wasted more than 2 hrs of my time searching for answers...

On 3/22/2024, I was looking forward to making my usual purchases. Unfortunately the store smelled like cigarette smoke. And it was very pungent. I picked up a box of candy and it smelled like cigarette smoke. No way could I gift anyone this candy. I was in the store in February to purchase Valentine's Day candy and this was not the case. Today, I am ordering from another candy provider with hopes that it arrives...

Pecan caramel chocolates are delicious and the best. Good quality and quantity of chocolates for the price. They have different packing for different occasions. One thing I disliked 75% of chocolates are have white fillings which made me feel bored. Both the boxes I got did not have equal ratio of different chocolates.
