The young female manager needs some work on her people skills. She is not manager material. Every time I try to use the app, I have one issue or another. When I got my email confirmation, I saw an error – I had (tried) to order 2 unwhiches, one confirmed on French bread. I immediately called the store, phone was answered by an employee, when I started to say why I was calling the phone was handed off to the manager without any transition. So I had to start my sentence over again and explain, and I added that I continually have trouble with the app. She did say she was sorry that is happening and she will remake my order. (remake? I hadn’t even got a confirmation that it was ready – which I didn’t get until 3 hours later). When I entered the store, I had hoped to talk to her about the issues I’m having with the app and see about getting my free pickle. She said she couldn’t do it on this order because it was already paid for, it would have to be on a new order. I said “ok, so I can place a new order and try it?” – I believe she thought I wanted to cancel my existing unwhich order and start over. I said “no, can I just place an order for a pickle and redeem my free pickle?” – she was having trouble understanding me because I was wearing a mask, and she was apparently busy with a large order and overwhelmed. She, waved the knife in her hand in my direction and in a very abrupt and snippy manner she said “YOU HAVE TO WAIT! I HAVE OTHER ORDERS!” – I stepped back, opened the app and ordered a pickle, then I clicked redeem on my free pickle. I thought that would result in buying 1 pickle and getting a 2nd one free. When she saw the order come up, she said out loud, again in a condescending tone “You figured it out, good job!”. As they were finishing up my order, she cut my pickle and put it in my bag. I then questioned the issue of I thought I was getting 2 pickles. I cannot remember the exact exchange now because I couldn’t believe her attitude. She pulled the pickle out of the bag and said something about the free pickle, and swiftly dropped my pickle back in the bag. I said “it’s ok, I don’t need 2 pickles” and I took my bag and left. At the point that she didn’t want to continue the conversation when she waved her knife at me, all she had to say was “I’m sorry, I have these other orders I need to finish and then I can try to help you with this” – she handled it very inappropriately which then set my mood to a defensive mode because I was being talked down to and made to feel like I was stupid. I called after 45 Min waiting they said oh we only have one driver he's out delivery he has your food but has 5 stops. An hr goes by I call back and ask for a manager "coralynn" says rhats her I said I want refunded it's been over an hr an still no food she gets an additude and says he brought your food back he called you, no he didn't, I have no missed calls. I said I want your boss, she said that's corporate, I said ok what's the number, she goes to get it, rudely gets on the phone and says I looked at his phone he called you, no he didn't she said well google the number yourself, I said you just told me you had it, ya well now I'm telling you to Google it! Read moreThis particular location needs some serious help. I have given them way too many attempts to "get it right" but every single time, they fail. Today is my last attempt. I always order delivery and this location is one mile from my office. They are NEVER "freaky fast", typically taking more than a half hour, and my sandwich is ALWAYS wrong. Today, it took 51 minutes for my "little john" to arrive and although my order is simple, it was wrong again. No added mustard. Sometimes, they forget the turkey.
