Walked in to get a sub and there was no one inside just the gentleman working, he not once looked up greeted me or said one word. I go to order and he doesnât even acknowledge that I am standing there in front of him. From what I saw he was making a few subs. I am guessing it was an online order since I was the only one there. I couldnât believe the lack of customer service. It doesnât take much to say âwelcomeâ when a customer comes in, to acknowledge they are there. I was standing there for a good 10 minuets till he said what can I get you. I ordered my sub and paid. Before I left I asked him what his name was, he refused to give it to me, which is fine because I will not be a returning customer. If he was busy making online subs he could have easily said â Iâll be with you in a minute Iâm working on this orderâ which I would have 100% been okay. Yet he lacked to welcome me, acknowledge that I was even there and didnât communicate at all, while I stood there for about 10 mins.
I hope management handles this situation so it doesnât happen to others.
I also recommend that his long hair gets pulled back instead of it hanging on his neck or use a net. Not very sanitary.

   Read moreOne of the two employees on the Closing shift of 09/15/23 needs to fired over sanitary concerns. I was already being helped by a really friendly employee who always helps me (I don't know his name other than he's the only one who hardly speaks English) this dude is always nice and knows how to make a good sandwich. While waiting for him to finish with another customer the employee in question was out mopping the lobby/bathroom. I was on my phone and noticed him stop halfway through and bring the mop and bucket behind the counter. I stop paying attention because the other customer is almost done with his order when all of a sudden I hear this guy trying to take over, I kindly decline and say I'm going to have the other employee help me finish my order and he says no I'm here to help him. When I declined again he got very frustrated and visibly angry. I don't know about you guys but I don't want my food to be anywhere near someone who was obviously just cleaning a bathroom and trying to close the store an hour early. Moral of the story this location will make your sandwich immediately after detaling the lobby and bathroom...
   Read moreCame in, they're completely out of white bread.He told me to wait 10-15min.I decided to wait for it. The Caucasian male working rolled his eyes and walked away from me. So I went to sit down and wait. I thought gosh, but ok he must be stressed.. no big deal. THEN...time passed I checked in again and the guy goes to check on the bread I suppose and begins to make our sandwiches, practically slapping and tossing the ingredients onto our sandwiches. Very short, with attitude, and clearly angry. He was not very friendly and made his stress very known to the customers. The other lady there with the long acrylic nails seemed to be doing online orders and didn't seem to help as the line got longer. Also none of two employees washed their hands between ringing up orders and sandwich making.
So overall, poor customer service, poor hand hygiene, poor management of production, poor staffing, and poor stress...
