Subject: Concern Regarding Sanitary Practices at Your Store

I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to bring to your attention a concerning experience I had while visiting your store today around 7:15 PM.

While dining in, I witnessed an employee working the drive-through area drop a waffle cup and place it back on the waffle shelf. When my friend addressed the issue, the employee dismissed the concern and refused to discard the cup. Additionally, I observed another employee handling cups with bare hands—no gloves were used—and at no point did I see anyone wash their hands.

This experience left me deeply uncomfortable and hesitant about returning. I’m sharing this not out of complaint, but out of concern for the health and safety of all your customers. I trust this will be addressed promptly.

We stopped by Saturday ordered 3 banana splits to go it took at least 20 minutes to make them. Then when they got ready to hand us our order the guy at the window said they were out of lids and asked us if we were ok with them being dumped in a cup. By that time the splits looked like a slush of mess. Only one had a lid on it We asked for our money back, but they gave us an excuse saying no manager was on property. I had to go inside to get my money back for 2 of them. By that time, they said they had found more lids we said no took the 1 by the time we got home the ice cream was completely melted and leaked out into the back and all over the floorboard of my car. We live less than a mile from the place it should not had happened that way. The place is very unorganized and you don't wait until you are completely out of lids or anything else before you go...

I ordered a double scoop of mint chocolate chip and was given the cone in the holder. I asked for a refund because I wasn't paying $4.96 for this golf ball size little cone. I pointed out to 3 other customers eating single scoop ice creams the size of baseballs and said those are Baskin-Robbins scoops, not this. They started making excuses about the new 5 gallon bucket being soft and hard to scoop and the first scoop was down inside the cone! Really? Another associate said said they could make me a new one and I said there wasn't any need to make a new one just put a regular scoop on top because those 2 little scoops still didn't one normal scoop. They made it right so my review went starting at a 5 star to a one star then back to a three star. I shouldn't have to go through this embarrassing situation. Baskin-Robbins has awesome...
