Worst food and customer service I have ever had at any KFC. The staff is rude. I went in to this location on 10/25 just before lunchtime. Ordered a two piece meal with mashed potatoes and coleslaw. It came with the rollI I specifically told the young lady who took my order that I wanted original recipe and to please give me a breast and a leg instead of a thigh and a leg. I told her that the order was to go. so she brings me my lunch in the box and in a bag. I told her again it was dine in. She proceeds to tell me that they are out of plates. So really I guess Iām going to eat my lunch out of a box then how stupid. Also, the chicken was over roasted and dried out. The leg was in such bad shape. There was literally no meat on it. I took it back up to the counter and a rude woman working said is there something wrong? I told her that I thought that this mustāve been a mistake and I got crispy instead of original recipe. She rudely looked at me and said no the order is correct. She didnāt even walk up front to look at the damn chicken she just stayed behind the ovens and was talking at me through a hole. I shouldāve just told her she could keep it but I went to go sit down and try to eat it and I had only a Spork. Itās a little bit difficult to cut a chicken breast so I went back up and looked for a knife and didnāt find any, so I went back to the counter again and asked the other girl for a knife . I am posting this review because after reading all of the other horrible and negative comments left by customers about this particular location Iām thoroughly convinced that whoever is managing district over these this location is nuts. You would have to be crazy after all these horrible comments. I sincerely hope this location closes their lousy and I feel completely ripped off for $11.53 for a lousy chicken meal.!! EDIT TO MY REVIEW: I actually escalated this problem to Kentucky fried chickens administration, and they took my complaint over a week ago and promised that a district manager would return my call. Two days later, the manager of the restaurant called me with some excuse that she had just started there so she didnāt know what was going on. Are you kidding me? I asked to talk to a district manager so I told her that, and she also promised that one would give me a call. Here it is a week later I have received no phone call from anyone from KFC administration. This is a complete and total joke. I will never ever patronize KFC again. Itās just not worth all the drama. DOUBLE EDIT to my review: I have never heard one single thing from either the appropriate store manager or the appropriate district manager and all this time no one has ever bothered to talk with me about this issue. I called KFCās executive offices. And why do you have all these foreigners as customer service representatives when you canāt even understand what theyāre saying? So, I got them to look up my complaint and told me that it was closed. What the hell is wrong with the management of KFC when you would close my complaint without ever talking to me. Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis was the worst experience! I placed my order at the drive thru at 7:37 pm I was asked to pull around the front and my order would be brought out to me. At 8 o' clock I too my 2 kids out of the car ans walked in the girls at the front completely ignored me. When I asked about my order I was asked "what did you order" I repeated my order. Everyone else thst came in before me got their order. It's now 8:10 and we are still in line waiting i was asked again what my order was I repeated it again. The girl in the back assured me it was coming. I received my order at 8:17pm still didn't get my drink , waited all that time and the food was not fresh they forgot my sauces and all... I did not retaliate the way I would because my kids were with me and I'm working on my peace. But this blew my mind. People were leaving and all because they did not have anything together. When I got home with the order, I realized that despite my name being on the ticket attached to the bag, I had been given the entirely wrong order. I went back to explain that the food I received was wrong and the employees acted like I was an inconvenience. I didn't even get to finish explaining the situation before they started grabbing things out of my hands. They took the incorrect food back and I watched it get sat back on the counter with the other food being made. While waiting for the food along with another family who had been waiting even longer for their food, an employee came out and locked the doors to the lobby and told the customers still waiting on food to "let us know when you leave so we can lock the door back since the lobby is actually closed now." We got the correct food finally and the employees seemed annoyed when I wanted to double check it this time.
