They have a strange way of making a pizza. I ordered mine with polish sausage & artichoke hearts and the pieces were way too big. How about taking the time to slice these up to distribute them throughout the pizza like a normal pizza shop? Don't just pull the ingredients out of a can and slap them on the pizza. The artichoke parts were about 1 1/2 inches long and some of the sausage was sliced 3/8 of an inch thick. Yeah it takes time to properly make a pizza but spend a few extra seconds and it'll help with repeat business. Also mine was supposed to come with alfredo sauce yet I couldn't taste it at all. I would have filled the void with the ranch they gave me however that is some of worst ranch I've ever tried. They said they purchase it already made. Nearly every restaurant spends a couple minutes making fresh ranch for their customers but that's too much to ask for here.

The bartenders don't let you drink your beer in peace. They constantly hound you asking if you're ready for another beer WHILE THERE'S STILL BEER IN YOUR GLASS. The first time I was asked I responded "I don't know if I'm going to have another", which would indicate you don't have to bother me about it the entire duration I'm trying to enjoy the drink I already have. Unfortunately I was repeatedly asked. I can't blame her though-she was friendly with a positive spirit, it's just what the manager wants them to do. Everybody seemed quite friendly.

They can't even print out a current list of beers they have. The outdated list they have doesn't even tell you if it's a draught or bottle.

If you're looking to fill an empty gut this place will do. Don't expect their main food item to be anything special. What they have good going here is the atmosphere &...

Great little kitchen & bar in the area. Simple and great service plus atmosphere. Grab a pizza and some beer.

Detailed Review: We were not from the area, and decided to take a walk down from our hotel. We walked by a few places that didn't look like they were open (8PM on a week day). Buffalo Alice was open and had quite a few people inside.

Grabbed a couple of beers, jalapeno poppers and some pizza. Beer selection was decent. Jalapeno Poppers were huge, heavy on the cream cheese. Pizza was awesome for my liking. We ordered a 16" half meat lovers/half supreme. It was awesome, had a nice thin crust, heavy on the toppings and light on the sauce.

Service was awesome, very friendly, attentive and looks like it may be ran by a family? I can't be sure though.

Environment was really cool. I love puns and a lot of the signs and things written around the bar were punny. Kid friendly environment for sure, there were a couple of families in there.

Highly recommended! Glad...

I looked up best pizza in Sioux City, and Buffalo Alice (& a few other names) popped up on G**gle. We chose Buffalo Alice, and were glad we did. It’s a bar, too crowded to speak indoors, too loud to hear each other. There were zero people wearing masks, except me when I picked up our pizza and jalapeño poppers. All the food was great—I’d have no problem ordering there again! To go/take out only. My four year old granddaughter tested positive for Covid this week; I’m still wearing a mask when I go into superspreader events! [Funny thing about wearing a mask, I haven’t had a cold or flu in over two years!] I would recommend this pizza joint! Not too thick, not too thin, the crust was perfect! All the food was good, and prompt service on busy...

It's a bar. They serve pizza. Out on a road trip and see that they claim 'world famous pizza' and 'one of the best pizzas in town'. I've had pizza in many different States and there is nothing special about the pizza here. It did have a lot of pepperoni, but the flavor was meh. Thin and extra crunchy crust. Our server was very friendly and the place is cool. Outcome...if you go for the drinks, eat the pizza but definitely not worth the time to go for the pizza IMO.

The pizza was pretty good. Crust was on the harder side but still tasty. The ingredients were on point, except I prefer more sauce (bit that's a preference thing) The staff were nice but seemed more interested in chatting with each other than keeping our drinks filled up. Missed opportunity on their part because we were thirsty for more beer. Atmosphere was laid back and cool . Would recommend

Good pizza and beer. They have a wide variety of local and national beers including five or six local breweries the night we visited. One of the best beer selections in the area. The pizzas are tasty and served on a thin crust. They also offered free popcorn the night that I visited that was a nice option for hungry consumers, whether they were young or old.
