Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Sioux City

I didn't get the crust that I ordered. I ordered then press and I got thick crust. I ordered green olives with my pizza. When I asked for parmesan cheese they were going to charge me $0.29 package. Then I remember that it wasn't parmesan cheese at least just seasoning. Then I remembered it wasn't parmesan cheese that they had it was just it was just there seasoning packets that they have. And I'm not too fond of it it's just too salty. And I'd rather not waste my money. I was home homebound for a while I'm looking forward to having something to eat. I ordered my pizza a desert to go along with it. So when the delivery guy came he only rang the doorbell once before we started walking away. Barely gave me enough time to walk to the door before I started getting in his car. This was the second time that I have ordered from Papa John's. And I was looking forward to it. The first time they got my order almost right. My sister in Colorado told me that I should give them another try. So I did I spent $40.00 on my dinner because I thought that I would have leftovers for a few days. The sad thing is I had leftovers that I didn't want to eat because it was something that I hadn't ordered. But I was hungry the first night. I'm really sad that I can't give a better review. The manager use to be a manager at a previous Papa John's we went to in Sioux Falls. We always told him if we were in the neighborhood we would pop in for some food since our son has severe food allergies to milk and eggs and they accommodate him well. When my husband walked in, he instantly greeted him and asked how our son has been with everything he is going through. They always help us get the best deal for our money since we normally have to order extra since the pizzas and other food cannot be cross contaminated. Before leaving to run a few errands, we were asked how our "regular" store has been treating us just to make sure we have been getting the service to his standard. Once we returned to grab our items, we were told the regional manager(who we have had many dealings with due to outstanding service) said hi to us and was glad to hear things are going good for us. So I got the Shaqaroni which is advertised to have a tons of pepperoni, and also advertised clear to the edges. You can see in the pic, this is most definitely not true. Doesn’t look much different that a normal one, and very few approach the edges. I’ve been coming here (not frequently) for many years. They do a good job at maintaining consistency on what they do, but it feels a bit lacking from other places. The topping are always minimal and far from the edges leaving a lot of plain dough crust to eat. While some may like that, I feel like if I wanted bread sticks, then I would have ordered them, and I don’t need a 2” think ring of plain dough around the pizza. But I know this going in to it, and an extra garlic butter can be a dipping sauce for the excessive amount of crust you get. So, you just need to know this going into it, and...
