Boo. I hate doing these reviews! But this BK sucks the "fun" right out of dys'fun'ctional! And so I hope this review actually helps the Sioux Falls franchise instead of just ruffling it's feathers. Regardless, here it goes. The bathrooms were filthy and didn't have toilet paper. The women's was locked with no one in it and fan was running, lights were on. As I walked up to order a cone, only, the manager walked away from the register, sat down at her oddly placed working station and locked envelopes. The young man behind the roll was just with other customers, yet the manager licked envelopes in front of her waiting customers. Then, my order was placed w/o a single smile from the staff and I had to wait in the entry way to avoid the frigid AC blowing my hair into a new part. As I watched through the filthy glass I wondered if any of the non-moving staff members would remember to make my come? But they never forgot! I could see them all looking at different order screens, with my cone at the top of the list on all of them. They just chose to visit about who knows what, while the young kid at the register seemed to fill in anxiety. At least that moved him to the ice cream station, but that's where him and another gal set their elbows down and chatted while no one could see there mouths moving behind splash guard. So I came in and offered to make the cone myself and the kid said "OK, cuz I'm not good at these". And without the manager even slightly engaging in her employees new found courage and training program, I explained how to make the perfect cone and congratulated him. I hardly think he's the problem here. I shook my head as I walked past more dirty windows, walls, disorganized everything, and the same let- down looks on the other customers faces, and that's when I realized that they also do NOT have the free WiFi they promise either. Read moreThis BK is the worse one in Sioux Falls. I usually come here and eat but will not be coming back. Inside the store it was dirty. the pop machines was sticky and not wiped down. I ordered two rodeo burgers and a medium onion rings. Half of my onion rings were burnt. I should have return them back but it only few dollars. I went with my family through drive thru. First off the guy read the total wrong. so when i went to pay he told me a different price. He read the price but not the price after the tax was ended. very confusing. I order two Original Chicken sandwiches, a Jr Whooper with cheese no mayo, and a Whooper with cheese. When i Got home to feed my family. the chicken sandwiches were caked with so much mayo and lettuce. it was gross. they didn't make the whooper jr right. they added mayo. The whooper sandwich was also caked with so much mayo and thrown together fast. the sandwiches were so messy we ended up throwing it all away. when i called to complain the guy got attitude with me saying i should have brought the food back and i could got new food because they dont give money back. after i cuss him out i said keep the money. I was out $25....
Read moreWe went through the drive thru tonight, we ordered two whopper meals for ten bucks and two orders of chicken nuggets. When we got home we only had one order of chicken nuggets, we called Burger King and the lady manager said we we lieing that we order something else, we left here and took our recept with us back to that Burger King, when we got there the manager went into the back and never apologized. She should have never became a manager. We think she should be fired we will never eat there again until that lady manager is fired. I think we should get an apology. And something has to be done.
