McDonald's — Restaurant in Sioux Falls Township

When we pulled up to the speaker, No type of greeting used of any kind. The team member was not paying attention to our order and did not repeat back at the speaker. Then when we got to the cashier window, the team member was distracted and talking to a guy in a minivan that was not in the lane. She then repeated the order and did not have our drinks correct. So after the correction, we pulled to the window to collect our food. As I was watching through the drive thru window as an customer was at the counter, looking very frustrated and impatient. After the lady received her order after watching her stand by for 7 minutes angrily. We then waited another 3-5 min to receive our 2 drinks, 2 hash browns, and 2 sausage McMuffins with cheese. (I did not ask for extra cheese, but was charged?). When the team member, that was not in proper uniform, finally handed us our 6 items, I simply asked, "Why did it take 10+ minutes to make the 4 food items?" The team member replied with a shrug. I asked, "Are y'all short staffed or something?" He returned with, "Yeah. This place is going down hill." I personally thought it was a very "great" additude to have in an already struggling environment. When I ate my sandwich it had 2 pieces of cheese on it when I simply asked for a sausage McMuffin with cheese, and it really wasn't warm. When we ordered our sodas we asked for a Sprite with no ice and a sweet tea with light ice. We received full ice in both sodas. I did enjoy my hash brown, which was deciently hot. But overall this was the worst fast food experience I have ever...

Only two stars was for the food! But other then that I have never had a good experience with this McDonald's, drive thru is atleast 15 mins if not more. Even if it was just a "POP". We would dine it if my husband was on lunch and we meet him there. Everytime the lobby would look dirt, tables not wiped off, the pop station looks like it never got wiped off all day, floor under the table look gross.

The managers just stood and gossiped with some of the employees in a little circle, making rude, attitude and yelling at the employees that WE actually doing there job. WRONG!! In distance of where my family and I were sitting. Not saying my kids wont hear it but from a place you work.. they may want to watch swear words by the register. This was the evening of 7/30/19 around 540ish.

Either way the food wasnt bad. It medium temp, not bad. Fries had no salt on them. My burger like I said was loak warm.. editable. The wait time ahh was bad but was at least 10 mins if not more. Likening said above, our food sat and waited while they gossiped. Not very...

Not lovin' it McDonald's was stolen from the founders who actually believed in real food products and quality when now McDonald's cuts corners for profit and could care less about health the "meat" contains soooo many preservatives and chemicals including propylene glycol which is used as a de-icing agent that you may find in automotive and aviation products and for some strange reason the FDA deems propylene glycol safe to be consumed by humans ....yeah.....sure ....well that greasy like substance on your hamburger is actually propylene glycol! Gross! ....well don't get me started on the fries I boycott McDonald's for life and I'd rather increase my chances of NOT getting cancer instead of increasing it including my weight lol.....it's also extremely tuff on the body after consuming McDonald's cheap poison products ...did you know it can take up to a week for your body to digest McDonald's "food"? Because of all the chemicals just stay away if you wanna live longer and just simply not...
