Panera Bread — Restaurant in Sioux Falls Township

i did an order through the app which was a mistake. The order sat at the preparing stage for over an hour which seemed kinda unreasonable for my order. i drove to panera to see what was going on and there it was just sitting there. i would have loved to know that my order was ready, but unfortunately that did not happen. i can completely understand this happening if the store was busy, but no it was completely dead. will not be online ordering in the future. disappointed :( update: order is still not ready on the app (it’s been 2 hours), food is egregiously mediocre, should have driven across town to the other location update 2: SIMPLY Cannot catch a break from this place. good god i love their cranberry orange muffins, quite literally god tier my favorite muffin of all time. so when i saw i have a free bakery item i threw that bad boy into the cart. i cannot reiterate how excited for this muffin i was until i got my grubby little fingers on the muffin box. i crack that thing open and the aroma of PUMPKIN seeps out. i think to myself humm… that’s not right but maybe it is like smell cross contamination. how disappointing. usually i go to the one on 57th and Louise. i was closer to this location so i gave it a try. i will never be back again. i cannot remembed the last time i rated a place one star. i downloaded the Panera app and ordered a Asiago bagel with cream cheese and it came with a free treat. i was sitting in the restaurant area waiting and clearly the employees did not know. i looked at my phone and my order had suddenly been canceled! i thought it was my fault so i reordered. the employee called my phone and she rudely informed me that she is all out of both the things i ordered. not once did she ask if i wanted something different or even apologize! she had no idea i was at a table and heard her say she wasn't going to make my order. granted they might have been out of my food but canceling it when i had already arrived and then cancelling ten minutes after the second try, with still an hour and a half before close.. super ridiculous. my family and i will no longer wait in the long line on Sundays after church. coming from the service industry, so unprofessional and a...

honestly extremely disappointed in my visit. I came through drive through and ordered a blended caramel coffee and a peach and blueberry smoothie, received a blended mocha and what seems to be straight up peach concentrate in a cup. Brought them in to be remade, but no one ever comes to the counter and they all just look at you from the kitchen. A girl finally came up and just seemed like she had no idea what she was doing. They remade the coffee but told me the smoothie was right. Even though it’s orange? and there are no blueberries in there. The time before that I placed an order for pick up, came to pick it up- they told us it was out there ready to go and it wasn’t. When we told them they just looked like deer in headlights and again DIDNT KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. Waited another 15 minutes for our food. For it to be messed up.
