I would give zero stars if possible. Pulled up to the drive through, the man lady working the window told me they didn't see my name as a mobile order so told me to come in. Proceeded to tell me they didn't see my name in their register so there is nothing they can do and told me with an attitude that I could wait. So nice. My order was listed as ready and paid for on the app so I could no longer even cancel. Asked another worker about the situation and was told there is nothing they can do. Everyone was very rude and disrespectful. They said they could not give me my money back because they never got my order, even though I was able to show them the email that said my order was processed and READY. Sat there and waited 25 minutes before I inquired about an order that had been sitting on the counter. They finally looked at the order to find out, wow crazy, it was mine. The man lady laughed and said they didn't know it was a mobile order, which was a lie, made no sense at all. The girl offered to remake my order since it was all cold and soggy. She took my food but was stopped by the man lady who said no, and wouldn't let her remake it. Then a loser from the kitchen came up to tell me again they would not remake my food, said they were busy. The girl seemed to feel bad and offered free food coupons, but then couldn't find them. She told the man lady she couldn't find any coupons and he said that I "was Sh*t out of luck then". There was no excuse for the disrespect, I was nothing but respectful to them as annoyed as I was with the situation. Read morePlaced order tonight, time on receipt 5:54pm, and drove 5 miles home to find out they forgot an item. Tried calling and got sound of fax machine 2x. So drove back and went inside. Took 3 min for anyone to come to the register and even acknowledge I was there. Explained what happened. They made the soft taco and I asked if they had a voucher for their mistake and the fact I had to drive back in this cold weather (-18 with windchill). Waited another minute for someone else to talk to me and said they don't do that and that I didn't call and came in instead and that they fixed the order. I said well I tried calling ("well there's only 3 of us here") and I had to come in, it was already paid for but missing. You mean you don't have some sort of voucher or coupon for when you make a mistake? She seemed like she didn't understand and the only example I came up with was...you know when Taco John's makes a mistake I can go back get it fixed and to accommodate me they would provide me with a coupon for next visit. "Well we're not Taco John's!" She says. Well duh, I know that! Any good business would provide some sort of accommodation for their error and trouble the customer experienced. That's what customer service is about! And I have experienced that when necessary at any place EXCEPT TACO BELL! In the meantime, my food is getting cold cuz I had to leave to take care of this so the rest of the family could eat. Ordered one more thing at 6:38 pm since I was there per my child's request. I only say that due to my encounter with them last night shortly after midnight in their drive thru. I was one of 3 cars and I sat at the speaker for about 10 minutes before I finally said umm hello and a girl finally says I'll be with you in just a moment and then I and the car behind me 2&3 in the line of 3 mind you, sat for another 15 minutes before the girl finally told me to order when I was ready. When I got to the window the girl asked if I had the 2-12 piece cinabon doughnut bites and 2 beef tacos and I said yes she gave me the total I gave her cash and then sat there while my food for cold waiting for 5-10 minutes while she asked even though I heard her told by another worker twice that this was the 12 piece bla bla bla and then she still waited to ask again and in that time tried to hand me a soda mind u she's already asked me if I had the bla bla bla, but I refuse the soda and tell her that's not mine at which point she ask the other woman working the one who's already told her 2 times which order was mine "what's at my window now then" all frustrated and upset like it's the other woman's fault she doesn't know what's going on and says something about how she didn't know cuz there was that car that was out of order.
