Pita Pit — Restaurant in Sioux Falls Township

Honestly I used to love coming here as this place is so close to my house, but it’s just so inconsistent with the amount they give you in your pita. If I’m paying $8 my pita better be stuffed. But sometimes it’s just not. And one time I ordered a BLT and they tried to tell me that it only comes with bacon on it and we are supposed to add the stuff.. but I was confused because I asked for recommended toppings and they straight up only filled my $8 pita with a few pieces of bacon, tomatoes and cheese :,( it’s like they don’t stand at the register to ring up the orders and they try to remember them and then forget so much stuff. When I went back after driving all the way home and biting into literal bread, the lady was kind of rude and tried to tell me that I just must have ordered it wrong (which I know I didn’t..) and the icing on the cake is when I went back home to eat it and pulled a hair out of my lips with my skinny little $8 pita. I constantly have issues with this location. My order is consistently messed up and I literally ask them to add BBQ sauce to an order, very simple. Today I made sure to ask at the window a second time to make sure, and was met with what seemed to me to be an attitude. I drive all the way back to work to find a mostly empty pita. They gave me the meat, and BBQ sauce, that's it, no lettuce, no corn... Nothing (This was Smoked Pulled Pork) None of the other stuff that's supposed to be in there was. I paid $12 for this ! I could've gotten a soft taco with just meat at taco bell for $1.20. Now I called, and the manager did give me a refund which is why I bumped the service star to 2 instead of 1, regardless this is ridiculous. I understand that this could've been a simple miscommunication between staff members, but COME ON ! When I was having indesicions on where and what to eat, I tried Pita Pit...It was bettet than other options in this city...The daily specials are a good value at this location. Pita Pit, is a healthier fast food option with extensive menu items and combos that can satisfy. They have a fusion drink machine and iced teas for drinks..Comfortable dining area that is clean and modern.

I have had the same food, steak fajitas, at my two visits at this location and they were flavorful and filling, for me. The cashier lady, even helped me save a few dimes on my order with a combo special, it was nice that an employee would mention that to a customer, instead of just another order, blah, blah...
