The self proclaimed “manager” named Jen is so unprofessional and talks over customers. It was mind boggling. Also if a customer asks for a menu item/meal, maybe tell them you actually don’t have it. Instead of fixing a plate and charging $2 more than what’s on the menu and saying “well we don’t have those potatoes for that meal”. Communicating that with the customer so I can make the decision in actually paying $2 more for burnt potatoes and sausage. I even asked the employee “oh those are your potatoes now?” And she said YEA!!! So since I didn’t want to continue to go back and forth the the unprofessional Jen. And said nevermind, she tells the employee not to serve me anymore. HA! And when I asked for her name both her and her employee ignored me. Absolutely ridiculous.
