Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Slidell

Service at this location was lousy! The young drive-thru workers were carrying on a loud, personal conversation the entire time, the young man at the window addressed me saying my name in a disrespectful and mocking tone...the same young man outside of the window proceeded to walk away while I sat there and waited for my food that was already bagged and played with the traffic cones instead of handing my bag of food to me...the young lady at the window thought that this behavior was funny and laughed, instead of addressing me or apologizing...I sat and waited a good five minutes while she watched him and held my bag of food...the young man then proceeded to come back to the window and handed me my food, mind you after touching a dirty traffic cone! There was no eye contact, no acknowledgment for the wait and no thank you...VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and unlike any other Chik-fil-A that I have ever gone to. There were also two other older women working right there, possibly managers or supervisors, but they never said anything either, which is even worse! And on top of that, when I got home my order was wrong! The treatment that I received at this Slidell Chik-fil-A was horrible....terrible customer service! I have lived in Atlanta for the past 12 years and I have never experienced anything like this at any Chik-fil-A...until moving back to Slidell and going to this location. Loved Chick Fil A until I went through the drive thru recently and ordered the #1 as usual. When I unwrapped the sandwich I noticed immediately it was not the same chicken breast usually on the bun. I noticed it was flat and not it's normal look or shape. When I bit into the sandwich, I knew the chicken was different. It was an awful processed MUSH of a chicken patty. The worse resemblance of a chicken patty!

Please, please, please go back to the chicken patty you were using. I will pay the extra to have it taste like it use to once taste like. I cannot and will not eat that disgusting, cheap, nasty chicken patty you changed to.

I hope the Franchise Owner see's this, as something needs to be changed drastically and immediately!!

So disappointed.....I will not go to your establishment in Slidell, LA any longer because I cannot eat that low grade, so called "chicken". I will be going across the street to Canes.

If you change back to the regular descent chicken patty, please put on your sign "original chicken" back! That's when I will return.

By the way, its not just me, everyone I know is talking about how bad it is. Please change back, I will, and others will, pay more to get better food.

Disappointed in Chick Fil A ..... I expected this from McDonalds or Burger King,...

As a former employee I am disgusted. If I can this location a 0 star I would. Here’s our experience. My wife placed a mobile order and went to the store to pick it up. She parked in a mobile order parking spot and went to the app to confirm that she had arrived and waited for someone to bring her order. She waited for over 20 minutes and saw in the app that they had already given out her order, which was odd because no one brought it to her. She went inside the store to figure out what was wrong and spoke to a cashier who went on to talk to their manager about the issue. Manager stated that they tried calling my wife but couldn’t reach her dude to a “foreign phone number” being the line to reach her. We were both shocked since her phone number in the app is her normal 985 area code number, so we believe we caught them in a lie and someone either gave away our food or they didn’t even take the time to prepare our food. We waited another 20 minutes for them to remake the order just for them not to give her our drinks and she proceeded to wait another 10 minutes for those. The staff didn’t apologize and didn’t even give her a brownie, a cookie, or even a rewards card to make up for their mistake. Just overall, bad customer service for the amount of money we spend at this...
