Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in Slidell

Today when I came at about 6:30 p.m.. there were two employees standing outside Chick-fil-A style. I got in the appropriate shorter line and watched as the line next to me moved everyone through including three cars that came after me. When I asked the little girl why she told me because he's taking the small orders I'm taking the bigger ones. I left, I used to work for raising Cane's and I know the owner Todd does not support that type of customer service. I also wonder why this store manager chose to set it up that way.... Knowing it's against the owner's policy. Should be first come first serve when I'm in a drive-thru. I went to your other location on North shore boulevard where they had me in and out of there in less than 5 minutes drive-thru. I set 20 minutes waiting to move an inch. And I was stuck in your drive-thru for those 20 minutes stuck.

This is a great spot on gause bvld in slidell. They've adopted the newest way of getting in and out of the drive thru with their employees in mind! The parking lot is huge and doesn't cause the chaos of driving around and into on coming traffic that's just leaving the drive thru window @airport location(or the many chicken fil la's) that have that issue. This one is separate so there's no chance of hitting someone else coming or going, unless they are really just not paying attention. Further more the staff was very friendly, and the restaurant was clean EVEN THE RESTROOMS! There's not much to say other than cane fingers amd cane's sauce! The food was fresh and hot as usual. Prices are bit high but inflation is up higher. Almost $20 for 6 fingers, fries, 2 cane's sauce, and 2 Texas toast. Ah well I guess it's worth it

I used drive through at 11:15am. Service was friendly and fast, and only one mistake was made on my order. I got an entire order of fries. I asked for "no slaw, extra fries." No big deal. I expect stuff like this. We're human. I didn't even ask for this to be fixed.

My lower rating is due to smaller chicken tenders. I heard a rumour from my coworkers in Covington, but I hadn't been to any Canes in several weeks. Chicken is noticably smaller. At least by 50%. I wish there were an easier way to measure this.

To whoever owns Canes: Guys, you are now serving an inferior product and have given me the first and only reason in a decade to consider going somewhere else. You COULD consider losing the price or throwing in some kind of extra to bring back the value. Just shrinking the product workout any sort of announcement is a slight against...
