Tried doing a pickup order. Called and was put on hold for a while with no answer so I called back. Dead air. So I called again, they answered and gave me attitude about placing a pickup order because they closed in 15 minutes but they did take my order after reminding me several times they closed in 15 minutes and hung up on me. I tried to call back immediately after to cancel the order because of the limited time but also their horrible customer service, they answered and left it on mute wouldn’t respond. Tried again, same thing. Every time I’ve tried to order here the staff is a bunch of entitled moody college kids who have no capacity for common courtesy. The food is great, such a shame about the service. Honestly, that’s why I haven’t gone here in a few years. Was craving it but I’m sure now that I won’t be back.
Funny the owner will address that I didn’t pick up the order I tried to cancel from being hung up on and not the treatment of his staff. If you have a cut off time for orders state that politely to the customer, it’s that simple. My point of the matter is poor customer service. And I did not answer any calls I had do not disturb on so not sure where the “breathing”...
Read moreI’ve been a long time Bob’s Sub fan for at least 30 years. I live in Butler, however I’m in SR frequently and stop by to pick sandwiches up for my husband & I for dinner. Tonight’s subs were awful, the bread was so soggy. The bread fell apart when I lifted the sandwich up to take a bite. My husband’s was the same. We had to eat them with a fork. When I placed the order over the phone, I told the person to make the sandwiches Bob’s Way, only put the Italian on the side so the sandwich was not soggy on my 25 minute drive home. When I got home I realized they put the Italian on the sandwiches, as well as CHARGED US for extra Italian (which we did not want or ask for). Not to forget to mention that there was hardly any meat, on a JR Turkey & Whole Spicy Italian. The experience overall was disappointing, because the quality as well as the employee’s customer service (listening skills) just weren’t there. Read moreOrdered a sub with ez (light) mayo. When I told the person making my sub that he was adding too much mayo he told me "homie everyone's ez mayo is different". Two issues here. Lack of proper training for staff and lack of respect for a customer. When I called the store when I got home I was told by the most senior worker that he cannot time travel therefore I couldn't be helped. Edit: Mon dec 21st at approximately 8pm, ordered a turkey senior with no tomato ez mayo. Second edit: I am willing to admit that over the phone my language could have been more tactful. That being said while in your store I was nothing but respectful to your employees, when I finally ate my sandwich last night I found that it was missing the dressing, I must have annoyed the employee enough that he forgot it.
