Dunkin' — Restaurant in Slippery Rock

This is probably one of my favorite walk-in dunkins to exist. Wonderful and kind staff, no bad expierences and always gets my coffee just right! Plus, a pretty cool building. I like to come here a lot because it’s a quick walk from my apartment and it’s close to a park I like to go to.

The people who work here are very friendly and patient, and as a person who stutters with their words a lot I feel a bit awkward at times but I’m never as nervous when I come to Dunkin for some reason. I accidentally spilled a drink once while taking it from the person working from the counter but they were super understanding and I helped clean up a bit with a napkin but they made another coffee for me!! The people that work there are the best :)

I’ve also always gotten my order right and everything tastes great! I’ve gotten food here a few times too despite being more of a coffee person and from the times I have gotten food they always got those orders right and in a good amount of time too even when they start to get a bit busy.

The building is also just nice in general, many places to sit down and draw or do schoolwork while having a drink or food. Pretty clean as well and well taken care of.

Ordered a sesame bagel with butter, hash browns, and drink. It was 9:15 June 23rd. The drink and and hash browns were fine. The sesame bagel was slathered with almost an inch of cream cheese. I was the only order that went to the bagel position, but not a huge deal, misreading orders happens. Return to ask for a new one and learn that I got the last sesame bagel. I’m offered an everything which is fine. Got the everything and it’s completely dry; if there was butter on it, it was a minuscule amount. I went home and put butter on myself. The employee working the bagel position had an attitude about remaking it. Both bagels were burned as well.

Absolutely horrible experience. Donuts are subpar on a good day. Don't stop here for brunch after a long road trip and expect as a paying customer to be able to use the restroom without an employee viciously knocking on the door 30 seconds in. After yelling "occupied" and trying to go to the restroom in peace, she comes back a minute later turning the door knob trying to walk in on you! Completely floored me that an employee would do that to a customer. Why? She didn't come prepared to work and needed to change into her work...
