So I placed a doordash order that was confirmed and starting to be made around 9:40pm. 25 minutes later i get a message from doordash saying my order is canceled. That mcdonald’s doesn’t close till 11pm. I call, no answer. So i call this morning and talk to the lady who identified herself as the Store manager/Assistant manager, which means one of 2 things, she either works both positions or she is the assistant pretending to be the store manager. I ask her why my order was cancelled when I was well within the delivery time to order. She tells me that “We’ll since it was 94 degrees in the kitchen (A VERY AVERAGE KITCHEN TEMPERATURE), it wasn’t safe for my crew so we shut down early.” Are you kidding me? So I asked very nicely and even reinforced the notion that this question isn’t asked to be rude but that I genuinely wanted her to confirm that because it was 94 degrees they had to shit down? She began to get an attitude with me, began raising her voice and started asking me asinine questions like “Well would you work in 94 degrees.” Like yes, yes i do it almost every damn day. 94 degrees is not life threatening at all. You just need to drink some extra water to avoid being dehydrated. So she continues to yell and cop and attitude so I cut her off and told her “Hey there is no reason to get an attitude with me or” “Well i’m not giving you an attitude” “Yes yes you are, you have an attitude and you are asking me asinine questions when I specifically said that i wasn’t asking in any rude manner.” If she would’ve just watcher her tone I wouldn’t have given to many shits. But so she the proceeds to hang up on me. I’m out 20 bucks till doordash refunds it, but I shouldn’t be out $20 at all, I should’ve had my food. I’ve filed multiple reports with Mcdonalds HQ, with McDonalds investigative division, and even doordash. The manager should not have a job in the position she’s in if she can’t watch her tone just because I asked a question she didn’t like. I truly will never come to this location again, I’ll never tell anyone to go to this location, and I will continue to tell everyone my experience with that store manager. I will either drive out of my way to the Butler McDonalds or the McDonalds out in grove city. The fact that she is so spoiled, bitchy, unprofessional, and just so goddamn lazy is atrocious. I don’t know about any of you, but I work in 90-100 degree weather most of the time. So for her to cry about being a little extra warm so she shut down the store is completely unprofessional. I really hope they have fun when the hire ups roll in to see what’s going on, because from these reviews I’m seeing, this store is a...
Read moreWow, I just cannot believe the audacity of some people. I was actually at this location on 09/14/25 at 0850 for breakfast. I typically use the app for drive-through ordering. While waiting my turn, I watched the typical exchange between employees and customers. Then I watched the man in front of me open the bag of food, reach in, look around at the items, return the bag to the employee, and drive off. I thought that was a little weird and not a common thing. I then pull up, and the same bag is now being handed to me. I'm not sure if I'm living in the twilight zone. But I'm sure that their policy is a health hazardand not only a contamination risk. And a quick Google search and the policy basically prohibits employees from taking back and re-serving any food that has already been given to a customer. Any food item returned by a customer, even if it's a mistake, must be immediately discarded. But, after the employee handed the bag to me, I asked if this was the very same bag the customer previously had and opened. She said yes and proceeded to tell me he only had it for a second. I asked for a full refund. Which was promptly given to me. My concern, though, lies with the fact the employee was so casual about a potential health and safety issue. I would like to see this resolved and followed up on. Cross posted on Facebook and here

I got 3/4 a Mocha frappe though the drive though on the regular. Not the best service, but I'm guessing they don't care either so it...
Read moreConvenience. I had been stopping by on my way home and getting breakfast a few times a week. After this morning I will be thinking twice before doing so. While ordering a meal and a plain biscuit I was told I couldn't substitute a biscuit for a bagel on one of the meals but a chocolate milk was no problem. Then when I asked for a plain biscuit with the meal it generates another sandwich. After trying to get this corrected to what I wanted and it appeared the cashier was having problems making corrections I cancelled the order and pulled out of the drive thru. If they could have corrected my order that I placed and was watching the drive thru display for errors I would have paid for it including the extra sandwich and said thank you. The way the employees handled this I was very concerned the order would be correct. EDIT I ended up calling corporate when it appeared the manager I spoke to at the Slippery Rock McDonald's felt that everything was just fine and there would be no action.corporate was not pleased I was sent a gift card thankyou McDonald's! And the next time I went to that McDonald's the young lady with the hair flying in the wind had it tied up and a little not looking very neat and professional. This is really nice because I do appreciate their food and I will be stopping by again thank...
