GREAT PLACE! I'm so glad we found this place! It is a good place for coffee, tea, cookies, pastries, you name it.. we saw a lot of students from SRU on their laptops, so I would consider it a good atmosphere in which to study. I've held two meetings here, and although the music was a bit loud (probably where we were sitting, under a speaker) for the one, the other was fine. The food and drinks were delicious and carefully handcrafted. The service was really good, too, as I'm new to the area and was asking the cashier for recommendations and she willingly gave me several. We cannot wait to go back here! I do have to warn about parking in the back lot, though. The tiny lot is very compact and cramped, and then you have to walk up a long flight of steep, wooden steps to enter through the rear. Before I left, I asked if a specific item was availableâsomething they occasionally run out ofâand was told it wasn't. On my way out, I saw another customer had exactly what I asked for. I left politely, but the experience felt unwelcoming and dismissive. I understand policies around purchasing, but a little grace and clearer communication would have gone a long way. Iâve supported this shop before, but unfortunately, this visit left a...
Read moreWent in because we had time to kill and a cup of coffee sounded nice with how chilly it was, not disappointed. Although it was right at close (we had no idea) they were still incredibly friendly and our beverages were fantastic. My boyfriend got the Rooster blend coffee and I got an iced Elderflower green tea which was incredible, my only regret being that I didnt get the largest size. Both of the ladies working were so incredibly nice even when it came time for us to go. We have some nice coffee shops back home (6 hours south) but I have no idea how I'm going to get them to make me that tea! We enjoyed the area as a whole but will definitely have to plan on coming early for brunch next time we're...
