Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Smithfield

This is the worst Taco Bell by far. My issue is a simple one that they refuse to correct. I order a CHEESE quesadilla. They just keep putting chicken on it. I do not eat chicken nor can the chicken be easily removed. They have made this mistake 7 times now. I don't understand what is so complicated about a cheese quesadilla. I have even tried clarifying several different ways to see if it would make any difference...."I do not want a chicken quesadilla. I want a cheese quesadilla please" NOPE STILL WRONG. "I want a quesadilla with only cheese and the creamy jalapeño sauce, no chicken" NOPE STILL WRONG. "I want a quesadilla with NO chicken. A CHEESE quesadilla" NOPE STILL WRONG! I don't even care if they charged me the higher amount (as a chz quesadilla is cheaper. Its being rang in chz for less yet theyre putting chicken giving me a more expensive item than what I paid for but I DONT WANT THAT) but no. They just refuse to give me a cheese quesadilla and it's infuriating. A family member ordered this for me to bring to work this evening and they didn't check it. Now I have no dinner. And it's not the first time, now several have gone in the trash. What a waste of money! Get it together please....a tortilla with some cheese and sauce isn't a complicated order yet you manage to mess it up time and time again. It's really disappointing. My recommendation is to go elsewhere. Ordered a crunchy taco supreme combo, which they gave to me without sour cream. When I told the young man about it, he said I ordered it that way, I told him I hadn't, at which point he asked to see my receipt. I was astounded he was making such an issue about sour cream. He walked into the prep area to ask a middle aged woman if it was okay to give it to me, returned & grudgingly dropped a small sauce container of sour cream on the counter. I told him I'd ordered 3 tacos, and he said that was the amount of sour cream that is on 3 tacos. At this point, the middle aged woman came over, told me the same thing, said she was going to refund my money because they couldn't satisfy me, and said I was getting loud, all while passive aggressively calling me "hon". At that point, I told her to stop calling me that because it was demeaning & offensive. And I offered to pay for the extra sour cream, which as it turned out, came to the grand total of 86 cents! New employee at this location is stupid and doesn’t understand how to work. Ordered a deluxe cravings box which on the menu says it includes nacho fries. I ordered that box and two famous bowl meals and the first time they didn’t even give me the box!! I went around a 2nd time and they did give me the box but it had nachos in it. It was supposed to be NACHO FRIES. I went around a 3rd time and the girl said it was the other deluxe cravings box. That was not on the menu and she did not specify which one. They messed up our order and refused to give me nacho fries and instead tried to charge me. It’s this same new girl that makes mistakes and does not know how to work. The menu clearly showed that the box had nacho fries in it. There is no other box on the menu besides the one for nacho fries. There was also another time I ordered a nacho fries box and she charged me for the deluxe. I didn’t know that one existed and she did not ask me if I wanted the deluxe box or the 5 dollar nacho fries box. Terrible service here and that new girl needs...
