I shopped at the Michael Kors outlet in Smithfield NC. April 2022 for my Anniversary .I did not like the experience that I had with this particular store the customer service was very dissatisfying and I had made up in my mind that I was going to let social media know about my experience and I was going to give that company a very low rating until I spoke with Caroline and Tiffany because of their customer service and people skills I changed my mind about the negative review that I was going to post. I must truly say that Caroline is an asset to this company she continued to apologize about my experience although she had nothing to do with the situation she was so helpful and patient and because of her customer service I asked who could I speak with about her excellent customer service and she gave me Tiffany's name. When I spoke with Tiffany she displayed the same courtesy as Caroline and because these two lades treated me as the valued customer that I felt like I was .I was compelled to change my review after speaking with them and my review is based on these ladies customer service, time and patience toward me that I truly appreciate, they really made the situation peaceful and changed my mind about my review. Everyone should have these kind of people incorporated in their company to love their business as if it was their own business when the owner of that business can't be present and Caroline and Tiffany did just that they showed an earnest concern toward me and toward this company, Thank you so much Caroline and Tiffany for your AWESOME customer service truly you ladies...
Read moreI came into Michale kors to see their promotions and whatnot. I walked in, there was a skinny white girl (brown hair a bit tall). She was just standing there and I knew she was a worker so I walked up to her and asked her what sales they had going on. She turned to look at me and said “I don’t know” with that, she turned around and pretended to “fix” a bag. There was also another skinny white girl in a long black dress that all she said was “Hiiii” in a loud almost whiney voice. I spoke to again to young girl up front and asked her if she could help me. She said I’d have to ask the girls at the register. There was an older white lady in a white shirt and there was a younger girl (not sure if Hispanic or Latin) who was also in a black dress. They switched turns sometimes but I asked her. She was super sweet, they both were and she checked the price for me and let me know about the promotion. The lady with the red hair was also super sweet. I ended up buying a bag and 2 wallets. I walked out with my purchase, it wasn’t the first time I had that encounter with the little white girl or the other one but someone needs to get them checked. If they don’t like this job, it isn’t for them. I talked to the girl on my way out and told her I didn’t appreciate her attitude and she flat out told me “ok, I really don’t care”. Not acceptable. Read moreLove shopping here, however about 2 weeks ago (Nov 2,2024) I came into store and you had a great pre Black Friday sale with some purses being $59. I ended up purchasing 7. Everything was good until me and my husband was walking out and the alarm went off which happens often due to associate not taking all sensor tags off. I turned around and gave my bags to a worker, while doing this the foreign lady (that originally help me) said do you have anything on you, basically asking did I steal something and she actually trying to pat me down. I did have on a Mk wristlet that I bought a few years back. She said that’s probably what’s making the alarm go off. I let her know the alarm didn’t go off when I came in. Then a slim white lady stops & says yea sometimes the sensors in the older purses reactivate. Basically trying to agree with her coworker. Smh I’m like there’s no sensor in here. But the lady that rung me up and checked for sensors after didn’t like the way these 2 ladies were treating me and apologized for their behavior. A sensor was left on one of the bags. Sadly I told her we are use to that and but we shouldn’t have to be. I’m not gonna let that one lady stop me from shopping there bc MK is one of my fav brands. I just will not allow her to ever...
