Because humans are more likely to leave a review when they are disappointed than when they’re pleased.. I just want to say I’ve always had a positive experience at Smithville McDonald’s. I worked at one 20 years ago and remember how stressful it was..fast paced, surprise crowds, special orders, angry customers, long lines, crew changes.. I challenge anyone who criticizes it from the outside to get a job there for a month, to see if they can keep up and keep a smile and keep everything clean while serving hordes of disgruntled spoiled customers (who obviously make NO mistakes in their own work 🙄) My foods always hot made correctly and handed with a smile. The $5 meal deal is a great deal. I don’t know how they even manage to keep the lines moving.. but they do. Many of these workers are first time workers, teens. Doing their best. Training is going on every day. Be kind. I (shamefully) eat there at least twice a week. And I’m always happy. ...

Never can get orders right, then of you figure out it's wrong ad they forgot to charge you for something you asked for number one you never get a receipt to prove anything then when you tell them you are short a drink for a kid in the car that you ordered for they expect you to pay again for something you already told them you wanted and this was from a manager that believed the person at the wi dow was right because he was ticked off I just didn't leave he had to ask for help so he presented the problem well to the boss Joy loader and she tried to make me move theu line again for a drink, I refused I paid them again for what I asked for in the beginning and left. Poor customer service always. And a manager should never side with an employee, I could have been rude during this but I was not nor did I expect...
