The pride in preparing our fast foods have deminished terribly.. When our major fast foods corporations were first established they were based on the best of one particular sandwich.
The fountain drink has also suffered. The syrup and corbinated water mix has a ration that is not being followed and on average it taste terrible so much so that we have refused it.
The sandwiches have a particular mix of condiments that have been forgotten and the food is not being sold at proper temperatures. How do I know?
The most of my time was spent managing or Supervising restaurants where I enforced corporate rules and regulations. I was taught everything from holding times, food cost, food prep, and storage also supervising employees to managers.

Read moreI am very disappointed with this Arby’s. I went to this location on my lunch break and ordered the Kings Hawaiian Fish Deluxe meal. The lady at the drive-tru took my order with no problem but was not very friendly.
I arrived to the window paid for my food. Once I returned to work, I noticed they did not give me the Kings HAWAIIAN Fish Deluxe but had put it on a REGULAR POPPYSEED BUN!
I then went back to the location (went inside) and the same lady who worked the drive tru says, “Oh yea we ran out of the Hawaiian bread so we just put it on that bread”. I asked why did she charged me fully for something they did not have. Then she continued to asked if I wanted it or not. She was so unbothered.
The manager did not make it any better for which he failed to acknowledge the fact that they should make costumers aware of things such as this. No remorse and horrible costumer service. It is not about the money but people pay for what they ask for. Not for what you want them to have.

Read moreEverything was good until an item was forgotten off my order. I pulled forward, checked my bag, and there was an item missing. I attempted to go inside to see what happened, but the doors are locked. I was instructed to go back through the drive. There were 4-5 cars waiting and I wasn't going to do that for a $3.19 item. I pulled around near the drive thru window and yelled to the person working that they forgot my item. He looked at the computer and told me "you didn't order that" and carried on with the customer at the window.
Terrible customer service in my opinion. Not addressing a customers concern when they come to the door was the first break down. Telling me to get back in line was the second. And the third one was telling me I was wrong.
Wouldn't have taken much to ask the person taking the orders through the drive if they missed my item when the order was placed. If they had a digital board in the drive, these types of errors wouldn't...
