I am always hesitant to leave a negative review with the name Karen. This is our third or fourth time giving this location a chance as we were regulars. Tonight not only was our pick up order not ready thirty minutes after said ready time, it was cancelled when located in the system, and we were asked to order through the line. Not a biggie but we had points used on the app ordering on top of our $65-$70 total order.
When I asked the manager on duty he said to explain to them when ordering in line and they would take care of it. Well between the confusion and special requests on the order everyone was clearly annoyed and frustrated. Again understandable because we were left passing information from the manager to his employees.
At this point I chose to say hey we will go elsewhere but can you just give us something in writing to honor our free entree in the future. Nope that was not able to be done and it was explained that the app gliches all the time. The manager on duty did say he will ask the store manager when he sees him next week but he did not bother to take our contact information after making it clear they were busy. We were the only ones in line almost two hours before closing.

Read moreWe are regulars at this location. The past couple of orders placed have items prepared without following requests such as leaving chips on the side on nachos or leaving an item off. We have never complained and glady went back to pick up a missing item.
Tonight we ordered and again special requests were not followed and an item was missing. This time we choose not to go back or even call due to my wife be spoken to for filling our kids drinks for the staff while she waited for the order to be completed. The order was already delayed in being ready for pickup and she was trying to help. She apologized several times to the young man but he continued to repeat how she was going to get all the workers in trouble.

They have always had the freshest ingredients and the best prices. Today we ordered our regular order. I took one bite of my burrito and the lettuce was Black and had a thick slimey coating on it, and my fiancé took a bite of his and the onions looked like they have been sitting for days. I have worked in the food industry before and I would never have served lettuce or onions that smelled or looked the way they did.
