I really felt like I needed to share my experience today at the Boost Mobile store 2552 South Cobb drive. I went there today in need of a new cell phone. Upon walking into the store I was greeted by a sales representative named Liliana. Right away she was very pleasant and asked me what my needs were as far as a phone. I explained to her everything that I was searching for and wanted in a new cell phone. She actually took the time to listen intently to everything that I was saying and was able to guide me in the right direction as far as a new cell phone purchase. I was quite impressed with her professionalism and knowledge base of the cell phones as well as the company policies. I would have to rate this as one of my best customer service experiences to date all because of the sales professionals ability to listen. My wait time was also short she was able to get the phone up and running and activated in less than 15 minutes so really I was in and out in no time. She charged me for a new SIM and activation when I told her multiple times that I already had an account and just needed to upgrade my phone. She told me they aren't allowed to sell a phone without a new SIM card. I also was not able to purchase the phone for the upgrade price listed on my account. The only reason I came into the store was because the website was down. I just talked to customer service and they said stores ARE able to sell the phones without a SIM card. So now I feel like I was scammed out of my money for no reason. I was very nice and was not rude, so I don't know why she mistreated me. Nobody has money to give away these days. I went to ANOTHER store in the area, Mobile Finity, that was much more helpful and honest. This is why:

They appear helpful initially but does not actually know what they are doing and quite deceptive to boot. I tried to switch over and they had an issue transferring a number. They actually charged my card first and then had to go reverse it without giving me an explanation on what went wrong. No effect made to actually fix it on their part. In addition, they tried charged me $12.25 more than what is actually required to open up a line at boost mobile... All these bogus "taxes" that when I asked other stores, do not...
