I order food from here on 07/06/25 it was by far the most disgusting food I have ever received from a McDonald's, I order thru the app witch was a mistake as this store can ignore you when you order thru the app so you can't even get a refund on you trash order.. Mccrispy strips were soaking wet in grease the box was greasy the breading was falling off absolutely nothing even a little bit crispy on them at all ,(seems like they were cooked earlier and then tried to refry them but not even long enough to do anything but sold them in Grease), the chicken nuggets were similar, then I order a burger with no onions, no pickles and no mustard and it had all of them on it and was dry like it was cooked earlier and sitting in a warmer, the only food that was edibles was the fries I threw it in the trash and had to go spend money elsewhere for edible food, to make it worse they will not pick up the phone have a full voice mail box and will not respond to McDonald's customer service either so I can't even get e refund, I have gone to McDonald's since as this was the most frequent location I went to and all discussed by McDonald's corporate for letting this McDonald's ignore customers and them as well after give out trash food so people so they can't get e refund. Update 8/15/25 they finally responded to McDonald's and denied my refund but the would still not contact me and if they were smart enough to looka up my app they will see I used to go there pretty much weekly I have not been since and will not be returning, good business practices to give people inedible food and refuse a refund and expect them to come back is beyond me but a good way to loose consistent customers. Read moreUpdated to add that I went to this location on 2/7 at 10:30pm and was told at the empty drive thru that they were only taking Ubereats orders. Is there somewhere that they have the times that they only accept mobile orders posted? I wouldn’t have driven here if I would’ve known that they wouldn’t take my order but considering this location is listed as being open for 24hrs I didn’t think this would be an issue. I also find this interesting considering every Ubereats order I’ve ever placed from this McDonald’s inevitably gets canceled so I’m growing increasingly convinced these people just don’t want to do their jobs.

They should’ve saved the money they spent on renovation and used it to hire at least one competent employee. I’ve been to this location twice since the remodel and I’ve spent 30+ minutes in the drive thru both times. Also, both times nobody was taking orders in the second lane but this wasn’t indicated with any signage or cones or anything so plenty of people waited in that lane only to realize that they wouldn’t be able to get their order taken unless they got out of line and got back into it using the other lane.
I’ve worked in the food industry and I know how miserable customers can be to employees so I try not to be overly critical, but employees being unable (or maybe just unwilling) to complete basic job functions almost certainly is hurting business.
Summary: don’t come here if you’re in any sort of hurry or if you don’t have incredible patience.
Edited to add that I just witnessed three employees eating mcflurries in the kitchen while I was waiting for someone to show up at the payment window because there wasn’t a sign indicating that I should pull...
Read moreI would give a negative or minus review if possible. I ordered a large coffee with the cream on the side and a side of bacon. The coffee was made with too much cream despite what I asked for and the lady with the bright red extention twist, gray roots, and bad hygiene popped her teeth frustrated that I didn’t take the coffee and said “well you gone have to go wait at the next window”. which I did for 14 minutes…waiting for coffee and a side of bacon while on my way to work. 4 cars received there orders, behind me, while I patiently waited. Then when they gave me my coffee they did not give me my bacon or cream. I had to wait another 6 minutes for bacon and never received the cream. I asked for the store number to provide feedback and the same woman shrugged and said she didnt know it “I only been working here a month” was her response. I then asked for a receipt and she left and did not return. I feel the actions were intentional and did not even trust drinking the coffee, because her attitude was so bad I felt like she may have spat in it. I hadn’t planned on leaving a negative review but this store needs a competent manager to teach the staff what hospitality is.
