Placed an order via DoorDash for a Homewrecker Junior. You are only allowed to add 6 add ons, so common sense told me that I would get everything that comes on a homewrecker(cheese, guacamole, pico de gallo, beans, seasoned rice and steak). I received all of my add ons and nothing that originally comes on the honewrecker other than my choice of protein. I made a complaint to DoorDash and they duplicated the order for me, free. So that the store does not make the same error, I called them, and asked to speak with a manager and I spoke with Alejandro. Alejandro was nice and stated he did not have an order with my name, only for an Amber and Whitney with DoorDash, and that I should contact doordash or another location near me. I checked back to doordash map and google maps and it confirmed that the Atlanta Rd. location was the correct location. I called the other two locations, including one inside Cumberland Mall and was informed the Atlanta Rd. location was the only one that did DoorDash. So I called back, for nearly the 5th time at this point, and someone else answers the phone, and I am aware that they have caller ID because Alejandro offered to call me back and did not ask for my number. So he states that Alejandro is not there and he does not work on Sundays, now I am really upset because that just confirms that someone is lying and playing games. I asked to speak with a manager and he says he was the manager. He said his name was Mike, he was rude. He then stated that Alberto, his manager asked him to come to the phone, so I asked again, are you the manager or is Alberto. He said he did not see a ticket with my name on it. I asked him for his store manager name, he asked if I wanted the assistant, I said no THE store manager. He said Enzo. I hung up the phone. Went back to the doordash app, it stated that my driver was on the way to the store. I called the driver, asked him if he could get the person name that gave him the food and be sure to get a receipt. Chris gave him my food and Enzo is the "Host" name on my receipt, with the Atlanta Rd. location on the top of the receipt. Read moreYoung woman behind the counter, has an earpod in. She keeps saying "I CAN'T HEAR YOU" and she's got an earpod in. Maybe take the earpod out? She's guessing at my order and pointing.
When I went to get my drink, she walked near me and suddenly starting speaking spanish to someone on the phone.
My order was 3 crunchy tacos, a med Queso and a Large Drink. She had to go ask where the crunchy tacos were. I had to show her how to make the 3 tacos. It was like she'd never made tacos before.
When I got my order, I took the first bite and the taco shells were very stale. Like 1 year old cereal stale.
Another employee, a tall black dude who wears a hair covering, re-made my tacos as soft tacos. Don't fire that guy, he's your only good employee at this location.
I should add: I'm the ONLY customer in the store at this time. There's nobody else at all.
Near the end of my meal, a homeless person comes in and sits in the booth. Right behind me. 12 inches away from me. And the store is completely empty. It's pretty obvious that she's homeless, because it's 94 degrees and she's wearing winter clothing.
I'm almost done with my meal, thankfully. The homeless person, a woman, goes over to plug her phone into the outlet by the bathrooms.

Read moreSad to see this day. I have been going to Moe's Monday for over 20 years. To start off, food was terrible today. The steak was burnt to a char and we could not eat either burrito. Restaurant salsa bar was disgusting. Empty used cups of salsa all over the place. There was no salsa, I had to go ask for salsa. There is never any salsa in the bowls at this location.
The final straw is they informed me that there is no more Moe’s Monday Burrito unless you have the app. There was a line behind me and I did not even bother. I’m disappointed Moe’s and you will be missing out on my business. For the cost and quality of your food I will take my business to any other burrito chain.
Sad to end my business with you Moe’s and this corporate move to gather data is going to hurt your business. Ya I could download the app and continue to get the special but I will not based on principal and feeling cheated.
On a positive note, gentlemen serving me was very nice and efficient one of best employees I’ve ever encounter at this location.
