The food at panda is always going to be pretty solid. Not much can get messed up there it’s a uniform process. The problem w this spot is the service. I got in line and basically watched 7 cars go by with their orders most cars with 2 people in them. This guy Wilbur working the window is a beast. He serves the food with excellence and just gets orders done quickly. No fuss just a man in his element. So as I watched those service cars go by I stood there for 15 minutes. The only guy in line. Finally, Adel came over the manager. He apologizes to me about the wait and then proceeds to serve me a meal only fit for a field louse. Skimped me on the low Mein and bringing beef. It’s as if he measured it so that it was even with the tray walls on the inside. I couldn’t believe it. Make a man wait then skimp him to save cost. Cmon adel. The only good call he made that day was putting Wilbur at the drive thru. Outside of that you belong in McDonald’s. As for the rest of the staff they were super polite and attentive. Best advice. Hit the drive through Wilbur...
Read moreRead moreI came thru the drive thru a little after 7pm, 4-5 cars in front of me in line but they work so quickly that I didn’t have to wait in line long at all. I got a kid’s meal since I wasn't that hungry, I got mushroom chicken, chow mein, and fried rice. It comes with a kid’s drink so I got strawberry fanta with no ice. After tax, I paid $6.80. The cashier held her arm with her other hand when accepting my money, which is a cultural sign of respect that I thought only existed in my family’s home country, it was really cool to see here. The workers are very polite and always get my order right, they even put sauces in my bag I didn’t have to ask for. The chicken was really hot and fresh, had a lot of yummy mushrooms, zucchini, and a lil pineapple, too. The rice and noodles were a little cool and kinda flavorless at first but that’s what all the sauce is for lol (soy sauce and sweet n sour ). I’ll forever miss the chocolate chip cookies that used to come with the kid’s meals but the apple crisps they now come with are...
Food was great! BUT We went through the drive thru and the guy taking our order kept confusing what I was saying with the entree orders (I had 3 plates) and lastly I ordered 2 medium waters and a medium coke... he asked me if I wanted to round up for the Children's Hospital, I said sure, so I assumed he had completely gotten our ordered (the total seemed right); I get to the window to pay and pick up... no waters, no coke. When the girl finally gave me the waters (after wanting to charge 99 cents for mediums but they finally didn't and we just changed the coke to a water cause we didnt want to mess with paying again for the coke) she just looked at me and asked if there'd be anything else...I said yes, our food! She gave us the food and I had to check the bag... no forks. I had to them ask for forks! Bless their hearts, they were just having a rough night, I guess but their service was all...
