We’ve been coming to this location since it opened and it had never been anything but a great experience - until a few days ago. There was evidently a policy change on how they handle military discounts. They had been giving a free drink with a meal and changed to 10% off. No big deal - they have the right to do whatever they want. The problem was with someone I had never dealt with previously - Barry. Barry took our order and the total was not what it usually was. (We come here almost every day). I asked about the discrepancy and he proceeded to tell me that he had told me a few days earlier that there had been a change. I don’t remember ever seeing this guy before and certainly never had a conversation with him. To his credit he did give us the order at the usual price and then proceeded with his incredibly rude and demeaning rant. His attitude toward a regular customer was really bad and totally unnecessary. I was stunned! If it were not for the friendships we have established over the years with the other employees at this location I wouldn’t have returned. It’s really a shame how one rude employee can have such a negative impact on a business. Again - we are almost everyday customers and we’re treated this way? We felt totally unappreciated for all the business we do at this location. We will go back but will be on edge and will avoid this employee...
Read moreOrdered via the app. Wings n things, a basket of toast, and two extra tenders for someone else as well as several extra sauces. I got my food in the drive thru and parked to check it as I always do at fast food spots. I had my meal and toast but no extra tenders.
I went inside and told them and the girl working expo (in an extremely snotty tone) said “they’re in there”. I said “they are not. It’s just my wings n things and a basket of toast”
“No they’re in there I made sure. There’s 5 tenders in the meal box.”
“Why would you put the tenders I ordered separately in the box with the hot wings?”
She literally rolled her eyes, shrugged, and walked off. I just left because her attitude ticked me off. Sure enough, when I got home, the hot sauce from the wings had gotten on the tenders and my friend didn’t want them. They also forgot my extra sauces that I paid for.
Why would you guys pack separately ordered items into one box? That is literally food service 101. If I had ordered a sandwich would she have jammed it into the box with the other meal? I just...
Read moreI don’t often leave reviews, but have just had too many visits with no good results. Since Covid has been around, they have been doing drive-thru which is perfectly fine. The service, however, has been incredibly lacking. At best, expect to wait a minimum of 15-20 minutes.
The last 4-5 times I’ve been over the past year I’ve always had to wait a really long time, they’ve overcharged me 3 out of 5 times, they got the order wrong 2 out of 5 times, and they’ve been rude over the intercom 3 out of 5 times. Just today, I went and was in the drive-thru for around 15 minutes (was relatively fast today), placed my order to someone who was rude the whole time, was overcharged, and didn’t even get something I paid for.
I’ve given them the benefit of the doubt and returned multiple times because I like Zaxbys, but it’s just not worth it going to this Zaxbys due to all the instances mentioned above.
