Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Smyrna

Zaxby's in Smyrna Tn has the worst customer service of any Zaxby's I've ever been to. 2.13.2018 I went through the Smyrna Tn Zaxby's and ordered a Big Zax Snack, a Cobb Salad and The Blue salad. I asked for no onion straws on The Blue. I made sure to emphasis no onion straws. I asked the lady taking my order to make sure she noted no onion straws on my salad. The previous week I ordered this salad and when I got home noticed they forgot to put my dressing in the bag so I reiterated my dressing as well. When I got to the window I told the cashier about the missing salad dressing last week and how inconvenient it is when Drive thru orders are packaged wrong. Guess what??? When I got home, pulled off my clothes, put on my pjs and sat down to eat....I noticed onion straws on my salad. I was livid! Unlike the week before I called to complain. I called the number on my receipt and asked to speak to the manager. Angelica came to the phone. I explained to her what happened. She was apologetic and asked if I wanted to comeback to have my order replaced. I was not leaving the house again that night. I had been at work 2 counties over and didn't have the strength to go back out. Angelica said she would take my name and order so that I could have my order replaced at my convenience. I told her it is very disappointing when your order is incorrect at the Drive thru. It costs the consumer more money and more time when fast food orders are packaged incorrectly. If I was atCheddars and my order was wrong all I would need to do was tell the waiter or waitress and they would correct it without causing me undue time, money and energy. 2.22.18 I stopped at Zaxby's on my way home. I placed my order and while I was waiting remembered, they owe me a replacement salad. When I got to the window I asked the cashier for Angelica. She was not in. I told her that I called about a botched order a couple of weeks ago and Angelica said she would correct my order next time I came in. The cashier walked off and then a burley woman came to the window with a book and asked for my name and receipt. I told her I didn't have a receipt it was over a week ago. She refused to replace my salad. So tonight Zaxby's still has $8 of my money without giving me the product. I have been ripped off! I stop at Zaxby's at least once a week. Zaxby's you lost a long time customer over an incorrectly prepared $8 salad and your horrible...

I love coming to zaxby’s don’t get me wrong but the workers, well mainly the manager, makes me and multiple people never wanna spend money in this establishment ever again. a couple of months ago my team of 20 TEENAGE girls came in after a big game to celebrate together. i personally did not arrive until way after everyone but when i walked in everyone was talking and being very respectful for how many people were there. obviously with bigger crowds there is going to be more noise it’s just common sense. after everyone was done we made sure to clean up our mess and make the place better than we found it. however after some of the last people were leaving the manger stopped them and said she had contacted our coach because apparently we were overly loud and disrespectful to the workers. which is far from true. she also made up random things that we apparently said which those things would never come out of ours mouths. so after this me and two other teammates who had already left came back up with our coach on the phone and asked respectfully what was going on and what the issue was and she was overly rude and was making things up left and right and said something completely different from what she told the other girls and what she told our coach. the whole situation got handled until today when me and one of the teammates went back up there 6 MONTHS later to eat after our practice. as soon as we walk in we are greeted with dirty looks and instant trash talking from the manager who is a grown women. i am personally barley 17 and had nothing to do with the originally situation and the other girl is barley 16. for us to walk into an establishment to become a paying customers and have the manager who is a grown woman sit there and try to belittle us to not only one person but everyone in the entire establishment. i don’t think this is how any worker should act towards any customer no matter what they think. it isn’t very good work place manners and i don’t think this should...

As I pulled up to the drive thru the mere thought of your delicious chicken fingers left me salivating in anticipation. I anxiously place my order, tepid and cautious not to make a mistake. Being sure to request an extra packet of zax sauce which could alternatively be called the NECTAR OF THE GODS because it is that good. In fact I want to get scientists on this to assure me no addictive chemicals are in that magical concoction. Once I paid and finally got my order, I was brought to tears of joy by the wafting scent of perfection known as the Zaxbys chicken finger sandwich, with no tomatoes because they're slimy and gross me out. I couldnt be bothered to drive off. I put my car into park right there and sunk my teeth into my very first bite of that delicious sandwich. The moment the zax sauce slathered chicken hit my tongue my soul immediately left my body and I am now in heaven. 5 out of 5 would eat...
