I decided to stop in at this McDonald's to get myself lunch. I ordered a hamburger and a chocolate milkshake. I was told when I placed the order that there was no shake. But it was so mumbled, I really had to strain and ask him again what he said. When I got up to the window to pay, I asked him at least three times why are there no shakes and all three times this individual, or I should say young kid, ignored me. Really, not a way to go McDonald's!
I get it, you don't have all the answers, and I'm OK with that. But I wasn't talking to you for conversation, I asked you direct question about a simple thing like "are your machines down? When do you expect to get them fixed, do you know?" and just to be ignored? Serious? And then, when I want to pick it up at the window, I asked the guy another employee the same questions - when do you think your machines will be fixed and he didn't have a clue what I was talking about. He didn't even know I couldn't get a milkshake. He just stood there confused looking at me. Wow, this owner needs to be paying more attention to what's going on in their business! We told them our order was missing a burger and the cashier called the manager. He came and insisted our order was completed because he bag it.
