Yes, you gave me the food free (even though i ordered pepperoni and sausage, it was only pepperoni on there)🙄AFTER you asked me to leave, which is also after you (the alleged owner/store manager) started screaming. I wasn’t rude until you and your employees became ignorant. Your actions were not justifiable. I dont threaten people. If im gon do something, ill just do it. And i didn’t even leave when you asked me to leave. I left on my own terms, which is after you voluntarily gave me the food. I still was planning on paying. Wasnt my food. Wasnt my money. Stop lying to make yourself look good. Its not working. I only asked if you normally called customers to give an update if it was go take longer than the original quote. You dont even need to reply. I ordered wings and pizza. the pizza wasn’t put in. The wings was already ready. When the pizza came up, it was wrong. Two childish females were there and there. Good customer service is nonexistent. Bad attitudes and vibes. minimal parking.

From taking your order over the phone to the delivery was terrible. They said it would take 45min. to an hour to make penne pasta with sauce, so we switched what we were having we ordered 2 salads and 2 pizzas. Well time goes by and I call an hour later and they said the driver was on the way... then goes by another 20 minutes and he still isn't here, she said he turned around because he forgot the salads and would give some coupons for the next visit... 10 minutes goes by and he's finally but with only 1 salad! I call and ask where the other one was and they said it was never ordered which I know exactly what I ordered. The lady was rude on the phone and was like what do you want me to do about it! SERIOUSLY! Where was she raised, so disrespectful. I feel bad for the owner of this establishment. Not only did it take over an hour and a half for my order to get delivered we are literally 1 minute away!!!! OH and to top it off the...

I ordered a pizza from the solon store when I went to pick up the pizza I noticed that the employee was finishing up my order the employee stopped to ring out a pickup order touched the computer and handled money then went right back to putting his hands all over my pizza. When the employee tried to hand me my order I addressed the issue of him not changing his gloves after handling money,the employee immediately got defensive stating that he did not do that as if I was in the wrong I told him exactly what he did step by step then he apologized and changed his attitude and got someone else to remake my pizza making me late going back to work it's not fair that I had to go back to work late due to your employee's negligence I'm seriously considering getting the health department involved if that employee was that comfortable not changing his gloves after handling money he has done it...
