OH MY GOODNESS! I went here a little before closing on a Sunday in the drive through. I went here and knew exactly what I wanted. I told the man what I wanted, two quarter pounders with cheese and a large fries. He told me he wouldn’t be able to make those at that time. We told him we would look at the menu real quick and order in a second. After a bit of decision, we ordered a six-piece buttermilk chicken tenders with a medium fries. He told us he didn’t have those either. So we asked him what he did have and he said he could only make red meat. So we asked if we could get the quarter pounder with cheese and he said, “no sir, that is not red meat.” So apparently the quarter pounder with cheese is not red meat. We asked him what red meat was and he said a McDouble would be red meat. So McDonald’s has exposed their own secret, their quarter pounder with cheese isn’t made of red meat! I will be contacting McDonald’s privately about this as this is an unacceptable experience. I normally go to In-N-Out over McDonald’s and of course the one time I go to McDonald’s I have a...
Read moreThere hasn’t been not one time I’ve gone to this McDonalds and they haven’t forgot something. Two weeks ago I ordered TWO (2) McCrispy Strips and they somehow forgot one of the meals, but gave me the drink????? So clearly they knew about the other meal. Today I go and somehow they forget every single sauce, and a Large Fry. A month ago I went there and ordered a 20 piece nugget MEAL, and they gave me a 10 piece, a drink, and no fries. I continue to go there with the benefit of the doubt, and they still keep forgetting things. Then when you go inside to get your things they forgot they act like it’s a nuisance and you’re bothering them from something important. Hire better people, or train them. Better yet actually hire people that genuinely want a job and not people that are just there part time with no knowledge...
Read moreDrive thru line was really long so I went inside just to get a large fry. Inside wasn’t busy at all but only 1 girl who was probably on her 1st week of work was at the counter. Managers were to busy paying attention to drive thru. Guy at register was either mentally ill or very drunk. Managers never intervened. Meanwhile a lady had picked up her food at the counter and asked a young girl for a sauce packet. The girl walked by with her unlit cigarette in hand and said she’s not on the clock and kept walking. I received my large fry that I saw a manager put together and the amount of frys was equivalent to a small. Barely made it to the top. Not really the new girls fault but neither manager ladies seemed to help or hand any influence on good customer relations to show...
