Chili's Grill & Bar — Restaurant in Somerset

I have always enjoyed the food here, and the service has always been right on. I really can't find anything bad to pick apart about this one... They seem to have it down pretty good from top to bottom, inside and out. Even the location is in close proximity to the highway and a couple hotels which makes it very convenient!

This is my third or fourth time visiting this specific Chili's location since it opened a few years ago in Somerset. I've never been disappointed. The service is really good and the food is great.

I've tried a few different burgers and even a spicy chicken sandwich before at Chili's, but tonight I ordered (and shared) a BBQ platter: with a half rack of baby back ribs, smoked brisket, corn on the cob, French fries, garlic pickles, extra barbecue sauce, and garlic bread. Oh...and chipotle cheddar cheese-filled sausages.

It was awesome. I was hungry. Now, I'm full...

This is a family-friendly restaurant with several tv's. There may be some sports playing on a screen in the background although they were not loud at all. If you like mildly spicy food, this is definitely a place that you should choose to stop by.

You don't need reservations to dine in-and although you can order ahead for pickup-it's definitely not fast food. It's good food in a good town. If you're passing through this is a good eat.

If you happen to be passing by and you're hungry, be sure to try out Chili's in Somerset Massachusetts. It's right on the side of Burger King across from the Stop and Shop.

This place is a favorite of my wife and out friends but I usually find the food subpar. Our last trip we were waiting for a table for 6 adults and two children. We did the call ahead seating because we all know how hard it is to wait for a table when your child is having a meltdown. When we got there they informed us that it would be about a 30 min wait. After about 45 mins of waiting another large group with children walked in. They also had 6 adults and 2 children. Upon entering they were greeted by a hug from one of the waiters and magically 5 mins later they had a table... We went and complained that we had been there for almost an hour and they just walked in so how did they get seated so quickly. The hostess said it was because our party was too big and couldn't fit at the table... I then proceeded to ask how our party of equal size to their party was too big and she had no response only that another table would be ready soon. At this point I was ready to walkout and get something from anywhere else but the three pregnant ladies that were with us vetoed that real quick. We were seated an hour and a half after we got there. Luckily this is where the bad part of the night ends. Our waitress who appeared to be about 8 months pregnant was amazing. She was extremely attentive despite having many other tables. Our food came out quickly and it was delicious. Not something I often say about chilli's. Moral of the story... If you have a big party get...

I cannot express how upsetting it is to have to rate this place at 1 star. The food is great, everything comes out fast and the people are great. However, the last few times i’ve come in we’ve had Jayda as our server. without fail, every time she’s been rude, condescending, and inattentive the entire time. Our last visit was the final straw. She rolled her eyes at my daughter while she was ordering because she had to make a few adjustments to her order. I understand it’s frustrating, but it was nothing beyond asking for no onions and what not. On top of that, at some point I had to use the rest room, and while I was in the stall she happened to be in there with a coworker and was complaining about my family and I! saying that we were annoying and “being stupid on purpose”. The only reason i know she was speaking about my family and I is because she also made it a point to mock my husband and I’s appearance. Classy. I understand having a bad day and becoming frustrated with your customers, but this woman has been nothing but cruel and disrespectful. Its gotten to the point where I now have to specifically ask to not be sat with Jayda because whenever she serves me, whether it be with family or with friends she is cold no matter what. I recommend that if you do plan to go to this chili's, you do NOT sit with Jayda. Truly...
