This morning on my way to work my wife and I stopped by for coffee and a doughnut like we do every morning and the service was absolutely phenomenal!!! But it was a little unsettling to witness the lady who was taking our orders ( bless her heart ) who visibly has difficulties getting around being she uses a walker to help navigate around the shop and this morning seemed to be a little busy and I saw her ask the manager if their was someone who could help her and without even looking at her she just said no!! And at this point I was beyond speechless like she was trying to take orders, make coffee and get customers doughnuts and she was so kind hearted but some patrons didn't see it that way and stormed off cussing but the lady just kept smiling and saying thank you for your patience but to see someone who holds a position of upper management not take their role seriously like that woman gets negative star's for that along with everyone else in the store who should have stepped up and gave her a hand but failed like I was tremendously disappointed to see how that woman was treated when she asked her manager for help SO TO THE OLDER WOMAN WHO GRATITIOUSLY TOOK MY WIFE AND I'S ORDER THIS MORNING THANK YOU FOR BEING YOU AND MAKING OUR MORNING SPECIAL CAUSE YOU REMEMBERED US AND KNEW EXACTLY WHAT WE WANTED AND EVEN THOUGH YOU WERE OVERWHELMED YOU HANDLED THE SITUATION AND YOURSELF PROFESSIONALLY AND I ADMIRE YOU FOR THAT AND BEST BELIEVE I WILL CATCH YOUR NAME...

I told the girl through the speaker I was there to pick up my order and gave her my name. I drive to the window and once more tell her I'm here to pick up my order I made through the app and gave her my name once more. She seemed confused and gave me an ice coffee I did not order. I advised it was not mine and gave it back. Since my order was not there yet, I told her to get me a water and gave her my card to pay for it. She charged me over 12 dollars, then said I have to get my supervisor. The supervisor came and gave me my money back and told me "Next time say it's an order from the app" (with an attitude) blaming me for her employee's mistake. Read moreTerrible service! The donuts looked amazing, but there was no one up front (we heard lots of voices in the back though) We were in the lobby for almost 10 min. We all used the bathroom. Decided which donuts we wanted. Rang the bell for service several times. Peeked around the counter and saw 4 young ladies and kindly said “helllloooooo?” No one even looked up! One girl in her phone, computer, one flirting with a gentleman in the drive through window and making small talk about her future plans (which we heard clearly). We waited a while longer and then decided to just leave. As I was by the door, one girl came up and said “sorry we were busy in the back”. We said never mind, we need to get back on the road.
