McDonald's — Restaurant in Somerset

Great Staff! So attentive and friendly. Its been a huge dissapointment of being kicked out of eveywhere I sit for two seconds and alot of "not being good enugh" or "treated like trash" feelings from people who ...at that moment... have nore than me, materialisticly at least. I did not realize that people could be so cruel. That being said and I ll keep it brief. McDonalds' has been the one bright spot over the last 10 days that was always there for me to get a warm coffee or a place to sit for a min without being run of like some "less-than" human. The staff is full of people from different backgrounds and all ages but seem to mesh together an def. get the job done with respect to the customer being a top Priority. There's always great food, but always better people. Very spectacular customer service. McDonald's workers are the best when it comes to customer sevice experiences, compared to other fast food retailers. They offer great prices, that enables everyone to purchase their items. Best restaurant to take your kids at. All in all, my experience at McDonalds has always been A plus...

The staff is either really friendly or not friendly at all. One thing about this location is they always seem to mess up my order somehow....Don't get me wrong I truly do understand how hard it is to work in the fast food industry because I did for many years but, honestly it's not this complicated & I worked in a very busy area (Hershey-outside of Hersheypark)! It's usually like one item they'll miss every time which gets frustrating...like they'll forget a drink, fries, nuggets, or even a sandwich!!! It has happened to me when ordering inside, ordering inside to-go, and ordering through the drive through. Grrr... One good thing they do make their food hot & fresh most of the time...depending on what time you go there,...

A stranger walked up, put his hands into my food, and ate a fry. I asked for new fries because that's gross. The kid at the counter turned around and took all the original food, fries and all, and put it into a new bag. He turns around and hands it to me, like this solved the problem. When I told him I saw what he did and that I didn't want fries that a stranger ate from. He told me to deal with it and took the next customer behind me. I ended up throwing the food away. So disgusting, then again it's my fault for trying to grab something quick from McDonald's. There wasn't a clean table at the location. I would stay away from this place. They do not care about cleanliness or food...
