I recently visited the McDonald's located in Bethesda, MD 20815, and I must say, my experience exceeded expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant. It was clear that the staff took pride in maintaining a welcoming environment for customers.

One of the standout features of this location is the fast service. I had a craving for a quick meal, and I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly my order was taken and prepared. Frustration: This Store pads its profits with their dishonest French Fries game - to the tune of tens of thousands of extra dollars pocketed per store per year. McDonald's PROMISES a STACKED SADDLE of Fries (see photo). However, customers generally get shorted by about 25% to 30% - usually almost a THIRD (!) less Fries - compared to what they advertise in their very own marketing images - (left side of photo is a large-sized FF's from THIS store's very own overhead display). Their Fries NEVER stick up and out of the holders. Lay down a RULER or PENCIL across the Saddle - left to right - and NONE of their fries HARDLY EVER go above that line! My heart TREMBLES to comprehend the untold MILLIONS of extra dollars skimmed out of customers' pockets across the country by shorting people this much. ALL McDonald's outlets do this. POTATOES are CHEAP...why Cheat us like this? Customers should make them give you what they PROMISE. In general, however, this is an excellent McDonald's. THIS IS THE WORSE PLACE TO BUY FOOD . Their employees are THE Worse WITH THE MOST NASTY ATTITUDE EVER. They always messed up my orders and I went there today and Oder the 10 piece chicken nuggets meal . I specifically told this lady on the speaker that , I want my order “ cook to order “ several times and she still refuses to put that. I went to the next window to pick up my food and to my surprise the food was cold. I asked the employee she said it not cook to order , but I should pull up to the next window and wait for my order .

Less than a minute, a manager came with the same bag of food that I refused to take and looked me in my eyes and lied that “ it cooked to order “ . I told her it not cause the food is cold . I just drove off without saying a word to them . Employees here should be retained again cause the customer service here is the worse and they always messed up orders.
