Wendy's — Restaurant in Somerset

Ever since this place was under construction for renovations earlier this year, the food quality diminished. Before the renovations, I frequented Wendy's at least once a week for a #6 spicey chicken sandwich combo meal. Soo good that I had cravings for it a lot. I've always loved their fries & still do, but that's the only thing I will get from there from now on. Most importantly tho, the last few times that I ordered the sandwich it has been awful. Its soggy, thrown together, the lettuce is slimy & unedible~looking, tomatoes have weird strips of hard discolored nastiness, the chicken is soggy & multicolored & has more gristle than it used to, it definitely doesn't taste the same. That is if u can stomach swallowing this putridness. Yesterday, I decided to give it another chance, I asked the girl working the drive thru to plz make sure my spicey chicken sandwich was NOT soggy. On the way home, it smelled delicious. I got it home & started to unwrap it. Took the poor excuse for one layer of lettuce off of it after observing that it was slimy & old looking. I took a small bite & was disappointed & proclaiming once again that I WILL NOT attempt to eat here again, but for good this time. Had to throw all of the sandwich away including the small bite I took & spit out. The fries yesterday were the worst that I've ever gotten from there also, there were limp, had a lot of black spots & Mark's on them, were the temperature of my refrigerator & seemed to b at least 5 or 6 hours old. Such a shame that Somerset's Wendy's has become one of my very last resorts to get food, from one of my absolute first picks a few...

I went thru the drive up and asked about the shrimo currently being advertised, the person said I neede to order the #12, I askef several times was it the jumbo shrimp on the commercials she said yes. I ordered it with fries and tarter sauce. I paid for my order and drove to the next window, I parked so I could check my order. OMG!! It was these tiny shrimp.. No fries...no tarter sauce! I went into the resturant and askef the 3 people standing at the counter about the jumbo shrimp and why I didn't have them and no fries and no tarter sauce. I swear it wad like talking to people that didn't work there! After several minutes of I don't knows a manager finally came up to ask what the problem was, I explained and she told me...they didn't have those shrimp!!! I askef why didn't the people taking the orders know that, she could not answer me. She said she could give me 2 chicken wings instead???? I told her I would take 3 wings and the french fries.vI asked her for some Cajun sparkle...they didn't have any. This is the second and last time I will go to that Popeyes because the first time I went there the order was...

Decided to get something to eat after work and Wendy's was the only thing open. To start off there was one car only in the drive thru when I entered at 11:15. when pulling up to the speaker I was yelled at in a mean tone to wait. After two minutes another person came back to take my order and she was so rude. She had a mean tone when talking and no customer serves skills at all. When ordering she was yelling I can't hear you meanly and I was practically yelling at this point into the speaker. After the order we went up to pay and the lady that took our order was so rude and looked like she wanted nothing to do with her job. After paying we waited two minutes to get the frosties that were a part of our order. We waited a little bit more and she told us to pull up to the first parking spot. We waited for over twenty minutes after that. When getting food a man just shoved the food at me and ran away like the encounter lasted less than a second.
