11/18/23. Went to order at drive through. Asked for "25 count munchkins" specifically made up of only pumpkin and glazed munchkins. The male working told me through the speaker that they don't have pumpkin, so I said glazed and powder. Went to pick up order only to receive 10 munchkins in a crushed up Dunkin bag. I told the Hispanic male working there at the window that I asked for 25 count munchkins. He said "oh" then took back the 10 munchkins and proceeded back to grab a 25 count box and fill it. He handed it to us and we drove off. It was only a couple minutes after that I opened the box and found that he gave us very little powder munchkins and filled the majority of the box with chocolate glazed munchkins in which I did not ask for, or pay for. So upset. This ruined my day. It seemed that the Hispanic male worker did not even want to be at work that day. If I could go back in time, I wouldn't even consider Dunkin as a breakfast option. I also feel as if he tried to rip us off. This Dunkin location is a waste of time and money. You can not expect to get go service here. Again ruined my day. I want my money back also. Read moreI recently visited Dunkin' Donuts and ordered a large black iced coffee, a Boston cream, and a ham and Swiss using the app. I placed my order exactly 5 minutes before arriving to ensure a quick pick-up. Unfortunately, when I got there, a line had already formed. I understand waiting in line, but it's frustrating when people ahead of me haven't pre-ordered using the app for faster service.When it was finally my turn, I noticed my iced coffee sitting there, ready, but my sandwich and donut were just being bagged up. This should have been prepared in advance. I finally received my order, and while the coffee was exactly as I wanted—black and iced—and the Boston cream was fresh and generously sized, the ham and Swiss sandwich was a major letdown. It was obvious that they pulled it out of the oven too quickly; the cheese wasn't even melted. I didn't order a cold ham and Swiss with unmelted cheese.I work hard for my money, and when I treat myself, I expect the quality to reflect that. Mind you, there about 5 people behind the counter. Everyone was in their own world, chit chatting away, and surfing their phones. The boy finally realized I was waiting to order and he took my order. He screwed up the order because he wasn't paying attention and didn't seem to know the register. Then.........he walked away, didn't hand me my receipt or the water that I purchased.
