McDonald's — Restaurant in Somerville

There are positives about this particular McDonalds, such as a person stands outside at lunch time and takes orders while you process through the drive-thru, making it a quick experience. The negatives however are this particular McDonalds never accepts my coupons from THEIR website. I have never had any issue with the coupons at any other McDonalds, and I hit many since I drive across the state for my job every day. I personally don't eat this type of food, but I spend a lot of money buying it for my clients and it is very disturbing when I present a valid discount offer from McDonalds website, and I'm told it isn't valid. I spend a lot of money buying "treats" for my clients, and when I'm trying to save a few bucks to allow me to continue to do so, it is not only embarrassing, it is a deterrent to my returning to this business. This causes not only an inconvenience for me, but it stops my clients from receiving a weekly indulgence they could otherwise not afford....

This McDonald's has given me nothing but trouble. I placed an order for table service through the mobile app and the employee told me I shouldn't do that and I should order at the kiosk instead because table tents are easier for them. Just now I arrived in the drive thru to pick up a mobile order and despite both their app and Google stating that they are open until 1am, they simply told me they are closed, and I don't have any way to get a refund!

On top of that, they let large groups of teenagers fill the eating area, cursing, fighting, and generally causing a scene. The food is SOMETIMES good, but it's really inconsistent. I've been going to this location because it is very close by, but at this point it's not worth it. Do yourself a favor and go to any of the other fast food restaurants right next to this location, there's a Taco Bell,...

I’ve thought about this for a while now, but this is the last time I eat at a McDonalds. The price I pay for the quality of the food does not make sense. For a breakfast meal it was approximately $10. I got a bacon egg and cheese on a biscuit, hash brown, and iced coffee. The first issue I had was the iced coffee was filled with a solid chunk of ice, so when I inserted my straw, it pushed down on the ice and the cup cracked and started leaking everywhere. And associate gave me a new cup which was helpful. Then I tried my breakfast sandwich— the eggs were overcooked and the biscuit was hard as a rock. It was honestly uncomfortable even trying to eat this. I’ve finally learned my lesson, no more McDonalds. The cost for a meal here is sooooo expensive now since the pandemic increased prices; you would be better off dining out at a chilis...
