I gave it until today to see if they would make this right, but as I anticipated, they did not. I ordered (take out) wing bites and pizza last night. Problem number one: I received buffalo bites when I ordered garlic parmesan (see posted pic).
Problem number 2 (not such a bad one but still annoying) was that they told me they did not have the plain pizza I ordered, but they waited until I got there to pick it up to tell me. So I had to wait an extra 10 minutes for them to heat up a slice of pepperoni, when I originally ordered plain online.
So I call and explain that my wing bites are incorrect. The girl on the phone says "you have to place and order and pay for the new ones." I reply, "It was your mistake so no we won't be paying for the correct ones that we originally ordered. Then she puts a guy one the phone. The guy reiterates the same thing. Says I must pay for the wrong order, and also for a new order if I chose to get one.
After a little back and forth, he tells me I must take it up with DOOR DASH because somehow the online PICKUP order went through Door Dash?? Door Dash was somehow responsible for Benny's messing up my order? Huh. At this point, I ask for someone in charge, because this is ridiculous and all I want is my correct order. He tells me there is no one there with the power to do this. So I ask him to have someone call me the next day. He says ok, and takes my name and number.
Well here we are, no call back, no follow up, nothing! I wasn't expecting it, but I was holding onto the slim hope that there are still small business owners out there who care about customer satisfaction. Guess I proved myself right! Oh and no we...
Read moreIn short: Go anywhere else. Ordered takeout the other day. They told us an hour. Hey, new restaurant, we'll give it a shot. Got there after an hour and they told us our food would be done in a few minutes. It was 5 minutes shy of 2 hours before we had our food. During that time, they brought out the hot food first and left it sitting on the counter for 15 minutes before they made the rest of our order. They left stuff out of our order and gave us an extra salad. By that point, there was no way I was waiting for over an hour for them to make it right. Honestly, the whole place is a mess. I can't imagine eating in there because they have a dozen people standing around waiting on their takeout orders. After all that, the food was mediocre. Read moreI order Benny's 1 time per week on average via door dash for lunch, at first it was spectacular, great sandwiches, then the quality dipped and got worse and worse and finally today will be the last time order from here. They just sent me a sandwich with so much American cheese globbed on to it I couldn't even swallow it, had to throw half of it in the garbage, THE SANDWICH DIDN'T EVEN HAVE CHEEZE ON IT TO BEGIN WITH!
