They need a new manager. The way she treats her employees in front of customers was pretty concerning to me. So much so I've also contacted corporate about this. The first time I had seen her treat an employee badly was awhile ago, almost a year ago I think? I visit PA frequently. I came back to the same spot and she obviously has been allowed to get away with this behavior. Because nothing has changed. I've also noticed the lack of gloves. Making sandwiches bare handed? This was my first experience with JJ. I got 3 subs for my friends and I. They were absolutely excellent! Everything was very fresh and tasted divine. Very simple and delicious. Ever since they started using Uber for delivery, the wait times are outrageous. My order didn't leave the store until 1:05 hours after it was confirmed . In that amount of time, I could've gone to the grocery store, looked for the ingredients, waited in line, driven home, and made the sandwiches with time left to spare. Pathetic.
