I’m sure the food is good, but we couldn’t even eat it because we had to decide to leave due to the service. We did stop in 30 minutes before closing, which I sympathize with especially having to work in food before. But, it is still your job to at least have some customer service skills even if you have to fake it. We walked in and the three employees looked at each other and rolled their eyes. And then before turning around to look at us, she did this deep breath action that is hard to explain with words, but it further showed that she was upset. The lady asked me what I wanted and I tried to make her job easier so I said the I would take whatever is left for the night, since they were cleaning up and a lot of the food was empty. She proceeded to give me a lot of attitude and said “We have everything…I’m just trying to clean” and gave an irritated face. So I was already nervous going in because I saw that they were cleaning up and then that just made me feel worse so we decided to leave. Read moreWent here one evening, December 2021, because I tried to order via DoorDash and the app couldn’t locate a Dasher for me. This location had a sign on the door, stating they were closing early due to staffing. (I got there around 8:30 pm. They normally close at 10 pm.) There seemed to be plenty of staff behind the counter. Most weren’t wearing a mask. The food wasn’t fresh and everything was nearly out. They didn’t want to open new pans of anything. Right before their new closing time, employees were making their own food to go - making what was left even less. Most of the employees behind the counter were frantically trying to clean up so they could leave. All the trash cans were overflowing onto the floor. There was a pile of to go orders that weren’t going out or being picked up. Two disheveled looking gentlemen came in and grabbed at least 6 of these bags, stealing old to go orders. Employees didn’t care but they probably don’t make enough to. I probably won’t go to this location again in the evening. My burrito definitely wasn’t worth the price since it tasted old, the portions were small since they were nearly out of everything, and it was missing romaine and guacamole (they were out - I actually drove to Taco Bell to buy a side...
Read moreI ordered a chicken bowl through Uber Eats. The Uber Eats app stated it would be 30-45 mins at my time of order. I was fine with that because it is lunch time. Where the issue came in was my driver arrived at Chipotle at their time and my order was not ready. I received a message from my driver that there is a 45 min wait for online orders and Chipotle is backed up😳 okay...again it’s lunch time so I was not tripping. Where the second issue came in was my estimated time kept moving up and up even after the 45 minute wait. It was soffits get ahold of a team member to understand why there was such a long wait. I did get ahold of a member, finally and they shared they had 80 orders come in at one time and they are backed up. What happened to made to order at Chipotle? Anyway, I asked how much longer and they told me 5-10 minutes before it gets out the door. The whole time my Uber driver was communicating to me and saying sorry for the delay! IT WAS NOT THE UBER DRIVER fault...it’s Chipotle! To top it all off, my food arrived and it was cold as ice! I am just not happy with any of this experience!
