Really really had a bad experience here my wife ordered a peppermint iced coffee a large it was passed through the window to us tasted like watered down milk skim milk at that we politely drove around through the drive-through again and asked for replacement the 1st lady at the back window was cool with it the 2nd one at the preparation window Wasn't so cool with it they took our cup back in and offered to pump more syrup in the same exact cup which is exactly what we didn't want it was gross they were bare handed touching the cup that they've shouldn't never took back they should have removed it from the beginning instead the staff caught attitude even the manager refuse to comply with ocean standards I just have to say what's this world coming to when McDonald's can't service America the way they used to. My wife was told she drank 25% of the cup in a 1 second turnaround through the drive there she was able to drink 25% of his drink supposedly and that was an excuse for not flavoring it correctly a second time even though they wouldn't remake it. Well when we went to a's another McDonald's by the same franchise corporation on McKinley in Mishawaka They had no problem making a brand new one of whichever flavor my wife would like because they no longer carried the peppermint coffee, however they apologize profusely for the mess up an embarrassment from this location and promise that if we were to switch to their store we would never have that issue and since we have a, we have not had any issues. First off I pull up to the menu board to order and they basically yell at me a list of like seven items they didn’t have. One of them being coffee which I wanted since it was breakfast time. So I ordered a coke instead. I also ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel which is their only breakfast item I ever order there. So I get all they way home to North Liberty and open up my sandwich to it being made wrong. They put two little pieces of bacon on it! How do you get bacon out of the word steak? Avoid this location at all costs!! There’s no excuse for this I was there only customer in line so I wasn’t given the wrong order. They basically said I’m not going to make that this is what you’re getting. I’ll never spend another cent at this location. I’ve been a west sider my whole life and have seen this restaurant getting nothing but worse over the years. It will be the next location to close in South Bend.
