This may be the worst Wendy's in the nation. I have only gone a few times, but each and every time it was a long wait after submitting a mobile order. Upon arrival I saw my name on their little order screen as "complete". But my food was not in the area for mobile orders. After about five minutes my name disappeared from the complete list, despite my not having food. I wasked where it was, and they had not even started making it yet, and told me there would be a wait on fish.After another ten or so minutes they basically threw the food at me, and didn't give me the junior orange frosty for my mother (the only reason I even considered getting Wendy's). I asked where the rest of my order was, they said "what stuff?". I said an orange frosty and they said their machine was broken. When I asked for a refund they said they couldn't refund mobile orders, and that they are short staffed so I shouldn't be angry. I understand the implications of being short staffed, but the staff members there didn't seem to be doing anything to move quickly or try to actually do their jobs well. They didn't give me what I ordered and then wouldn't refund the money?! It's insanity. I would equate it to theft. When I said something to the effect "the frosties are the only reason I came here, you people can never get orders right or done quickly" the employees seemed to try to turn it into a race issue, which it had nothing to do with. I left and have been on hold with Wednesday trying to get my money back for 20 minutes. Do not go here. Completely incompetent...
   Read moreStopped here on our way out of town and it was the worst fast food restaurant experience weâve ever had. It took 5 minutes for the girl to even take our order in the drive thru. We told her the first thing we wanted and she automatically assumed we were done ordering and told us to pull up to the window. We told her we werenât done and ordered the next thing and then she did the same thing AGAIN. We finally got through our entire order and pulled up to the window to be met with a very unpleasant/unprofessional demeanor. There were multiple employees standing around and it sounded like they were arguing about something. Then she told us to pull forward since we had a larger order. So we pulled up and waited about 10 minutes before they came out with the food. We didnât order any special things either..the most âfancyâ thing we ordered was a 4pc saucy nugget. Anyway, as we checked everything we had multiple things missing and/or wrong. We had like 3 extra orders of nuggets but were missing a plain kids cheeseburger. Makes no sense. My husband went inside to tell them about it and they were rude and told him they put everything right in the bag. Horrible customer service. Then to top it off, no napkins in the bags and 2 of the burgers were cold and weâre talking about an order with 2 kids meals and 2 adult meals. 2024 update: place an online order at about 11:45 p.m., arrived at about 11:50. Order was not ready yet, but the cashier apologized and told me to pull up. I pulled up and waited about 10 minutes, at which point an employee came out that asked me what I had ordered.
I told him, at about 5 minutes later he came out with two orders. He handed me one, which was not the right order, and handed the other to a car behind me that have been waiting almost as long. It turns out it wasn't the right order for them either, so he took them both back in, ask me again what my order was, and then I waited another 10 minutes.
He then came out again and asked me what I had a third time. I told him, and he snapped at me that they were busy and I didnt need to give him attitude. He was a large guy and clearly mentally unwell, and seemed like he wanted to hit me.
10 minutes later, the manager came out and asked me what I had ordered, and apologized. Five or so minutes after that I got my food finally. The whole ordeal took over half an hour. The manager and the cashier were both friendly and seem to be doing their best, but the other employee needs to be fired honestly. He seems Disturbed and unfit to work with the public.
