First, and most important, there are tons of Pokémon in the parking lot. No stops or gyms, but there are some close by.
As to the rest, gas is reasonable comparatively speaking, so it's where I go if Costco is closed. Bonus: the air machines are free and easy to use. One wasn't working the last time I was there, but they'd seen heavy use during and after the freezing weather.
I don't often eat at Wawa, but the food is more than decent for a fast meal or snack. You can watch the food preparation, and the store is clean. In addition to menu items, hot dogs and hot snacks are generally available in the warming racks. Staff rotates them regularly and they're marked with preparation time. Cold prepared sandwiches, snacks, fruit, and yogurt are also available, and it's fresh. Pastries too.
Wawa has all the usual items you find at a convenience store, and it's open 24-hours. The staff is friendly, and although I haven't used the bathroom since the pandemic, it was always tidy so I do not expect it's any...
Read moreThis has to be the worst Wawa ever in my opinion as far as coffee goes. They are always out of things. The last few weeks have been the worst! No hazelnut creamer for days then they get one in and then they are out for days again!! When I asked someone if they had any more in the the back he told me they didn’t and will “eventually” get some in. No coffee cup sleeves and when I asked someone for some she told me to just use two cups. The backup coffee is never ready and I have to constantly wait for it to brew. Today I was running late and knew it would be a hit or miss but decided to risk going there anyway. I got there 6:45am and there was no Hazlenut coffee prepared. I looked to see if there was any brewing and there was not. I was told they were out. This is it for me. I will make sure to wake up an extra 10 mins early to go to the new Wawa in North Brunswick since it is out of the way but I would rather do that go through the constant disappoint in...
Read moreI got gas at a Wawa in Princeton on route 1 and shortly after my check engine light came on and my truck started driving crappy. My mechanic said probably just bad gas. I drained the gas filled up at a non Wawa location and my truck was fine. Then when I needed to fill up again, I went to the Wawa in Kendall Park and figured my problem with bad gas was just due to the store in Princeton. However shortly after getting gas, my check engine light came on again and the truck started driving crappy. I googled Wawa gas and found out Wawa doesn't use a main supplier for gas. They just go with the lowest supplier at that time. I don't mind Wawa coffee but as far as gas goes, I'm never using...
