So in general I have pretty good exsperiance when I go threw the drive thru exspecially when Steph the manager or the other girl that’s there a lot also but I hate going inside to order between the kiosk machines they obviously depend on waaaaay to much and the drive thru orders stand in line forever before anyone even thinks about offering to help where is a young man who works there and he’s usually pretty good if he sees people but the girl with nose piercings all over her face is the one who seems like she hates her job. They should probably not depend on her taking care of customers that are paying cash at the counter, every time I go inside the order it seems I have to wait forever and they are looking at you like they don’t even want to help and make you wait forever with people behind you in line that prefer to pay with cash not their card like I said when I go through the drive-through, it’s never usually a bad experience, but whenever I go inside I almost dread doing so I drive truck for work and I can’t go through the drive-through but I don’t like using my credit card to pay for food. I really wish they would value their cash customers at the counter a little better I’m 50 years old and been going McDonald’s for a very long time and I have three grown children so and most weekends I have off from work when I go to the drive-through and spend anywhere from $30-$40 on Saturday and the same thing on Sunday at the drive-through. They’re pretty good but when I go inside during the week when I have my truck I dread it , sometimes I would rather have something from there than Dunkin’ Donuts I have spent a lot of money there throughout the years. I am not even the type of person to ever leave a review , especially a bad one but after you’ve done this multiple times for the same results I felt it was necessary but hopefully themselves correct the problem or other people maybe you should go down the road to the next one if you were planning on going inside I have worked in the community all my life and when a customer is standing in front of the register or needing help, they should be help really quickly instead of depending on your drive-through or a kiosk machine. Read moreIf I could give no stars I would. Ordered tonight at 615pm drive thru. When we received our food I checked the order and the hamburger happy meal was a cheeseburger and the regular plan hamburger was a cheeseburger as well although they were wrapped in the hamburger paper. I waited 2 full minutes before an employee noticed and I stated they were cheeseburgers and I had ordered hamburgers. An older heavy set lady with glasses told me they were hamburgers. I stated I opened them and that they were cheeseburgers. The lady shut the window and walked away. We waited another 3 minutes for her to come back with the hamburgers. I again double checked them and one was still wrong. The same lady was standing yelling at me, my boyfriend and our 2 children, "don't worry they are right. Take our time checking" in a very rude and sarcastic tone. I did not bother telling her the burger was still wrong, we left instead as it was clearly a hostile environment. Read moreI went to McDonald’s after the gym at around 10:30 with my friend, I was incredibly excited for my quarter pounder. However, we sat in an empty lobby for over 30 minutes waiting for our food. When I asked a worker what seemed to be causing the long wait time, she informed me that my food had been sitting on the counter for “who knows how long”. I was horribly surprised to find my burger cold and unappealing, as well as my MnM McFlurry to be melted. As a server myself I am truly embarrassed by the lack of work ethic and refusal to follow through on a simple promise stated on my table tent. To quote the table tent directly: “Please place on your table and we’ll bring your food to you.” So with an appealingly fully staffed restaurant I was shocked to find my food sitting on the counter getting cold. Not to mention my burger looked nothing like the quarter pounder with cheese I am used to receiving from McDonalds.
