Arby's — Restaurant in South Carolina

Drive thru needs improvement! The employees don't give you time to review the menu and doesn't give you time to complete your order without saying IS THAT IT?? BACK TO BACK! Let me complete my order and I will let you know I'm finish and that will be it! Thank you. They are rude and rushing to take your order than then the order isn't correct when you get your food! They ask if you need sauce but don't put it in the bag, they dont give you napkins at times. The food is hott to order. Great roast beef! Get fresh curly fries! The soda isn't all that great, it has a bad after taste for some reason..This place could use some help on serving the public thats for sure. It's simply mistakes that can be fixed in no time if the manager is aware of the issues. This would also increase their sales...drive thru is also a little bit waiting time especially at night...Its like they don't want to be there, they don't put their effort into the paying...

Service from young guy working drive thru window was phenomenal! Very nice and on point. However the blonde hair young girl working with him was not: I was waiting at the counter to get Arby’s sauce(I forgot to ask for it in drive thru) she came in from outside and was on her phone..walked past behind the counter ignoring me..went around behind another area that you could see from standing in front where you place your order and stayed on her phone. The guy at the drive thru came and asked what I needed and was very nice(even apologized) but I said no it was my fault I forgot to ask. The girl came back and walked past him didn’t even look at him as looking at her phone and said I’m going to the bathroom. She has horrible customer service. She’s lucky I didn’t feel like...

The restaurant was clean The parking lot was empty but I was there at 9:00 p.m. they had at least five employees on staff when I went through they were friendly but I ordered my food got to the window paid they asked me to pull forward and I sat and waited for 15 minutes then I went inside and they said oh Sorry the oil had gotten cold so they had to warm it back up to drop down my food to cook it. So I had to wait for them to finish cooking my fries and the jalapeno poppers I ordered and the jalapeno poppers were undercooked. Me being inside made them felt rushed I guess after I had already waited 15 minutes so though the place was clean and friendly and open for traffic they were just a little bit lacking in they're...
