Arby's — Restaurant in South Carolina

This was by far the worst Arby's I've been too!!! First off the guy behind the counter was so worried about "quitting time" or the fact it was the end if his shift he wouldn't give an older lady a water cup. Then when the lady running the counter finally showed up she was rushing me to make an order. I order one item and gave me my total. I tried to tell her I had more and she wouldn't listen I had to tell her 3 times that I was ordering more. The men's bathroom is a wreck. The toilet paper was all out. Thank goodness I didn't need any! The paper towel dispenser is barely hanging onto the wall. Not to mention it was filthy, tissue all over the floor. I would give 0 stars if that was an option. Due to the rudeness of the staff not willing to simply grad a water cup for an old lady because he isn't on the clock anymore. Extremely disappointing. THAT'S NOT ALL!!! The food was terrible. I am traveling with family pulling a camper so I ran in to get the food to go and got back on the road and the fries were beyond over done. Like half of them were black and the meet tasted as if it was 3 weeks...

Placed order, shift supervisor was extremely flustered over the two cars in the drive-thru and four customers inside waiting to order. Very curt and trying to I guess be efficient but came off as rude. Was given the wrong sandwich, no big deal, but I did go up to the counter and request the roast beef I had ordered. Received that in a couple minutes, food was pretty good, sat down to eat with my daughter and overheard shift Mgr telling his employees how he'd lose his job if such and such wasn't done, so he had to protect his job. Wasn't paying too much attention to that, but when the young woman came out to wipe the tables off, she said to Mgr please tell me you drove, Mgr said yes and she said thank God, no one else coming in. I'm sorry, but no customers means no business- I was here last month, different crew, and it was much more pleasant atmosphere. I'll probably not visit this...

Horrible experience.....waited almost 20 minutes for our food, then we didn't get all of our order. There was no tea outside in the urn. We had to ask for it behind the counter. All of the condiments were empty in the container on the counter. There was one person taking orders & only one person filling the orders, which caused everything to be ridiculously slow. The dining room was loaded with people who were standing around waiting on their food. They were very short staffed & not prepared for the lunch rush on a Saturday afternoon. A lititle more preparedness would've made a major difference. Hope we never have to step foot in this place ever again. Good luck to anyone who tries here. Maybe you will have a much better experience...
