Athen's Pizza — Restaurant in South Carolina

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Ordered online (7pm) from their website as the wednesday special isn't offered on DoorDash. We wanted chicken gyros instead of beef/lamb and were charged $2 extra per meal (though chicken gyros are $1 more on the menu), however we were happy to pay extra for what we wanted. After an hour of waiting (8:05pm), we called to ask where the food was. We were told the driver left and would be there in 10-15 min (though we never mentioned our name/order). At 8:30pm (1.5 hours after ordering) we called again asking where the food was. We were upset and asked "At this point, we're barely even hungry anymore as we've been waiting over an hour and we'd like to know where the food is". The person on the other end apologized and said she'd call the driver and see where he was, so we waited by the phone for a return call, sitting directly next to the door. At 9pm, with no food, we called one last time and were treated HORRIBLY. We were told they cancelled our order, stating that we wanted it cancelled and then when we rebutted this, we were accused of not hearing the delivery driver knock (though we were waiting within feet of the door the entire time and our numbers were on the order.) We had to argue for a refund, and we were still NOT refunded for the extra $4 chicken charge. Horribly disappointed with this customer service and the lack of attempting to fix their mistake. Ordered online, when I got to the restaurant to pick my order up they were very busy. I stood at the register while a very nice lady was finishing up a phone order. She had a question about the order and called over another waitress to help her. She had long dark hair and was maybe in her 20’s, she immediately had a nasty attitude with the first lady that worked there, just walked away while she was asking a question. She finally came back to help her but continued to have a very bad attitude in front of a lot of customers. Not sure exactly who the young girl working there was, but no one deserves to be talked to the way she was talking to the staff. Customer service is very important, but also how staff treats/helps other staff members. It was a very uncomfortable situation to stand there and watch. I can only imagine how the first employee felt being disrespected in front of paying customers. I really hope she can learn how to speak respectfully to others or maybe find a different profession. We always order the Italian sub or antipasto salad and the food is always fresh, hot, and delicious. I gave a three star because of the waiter that was in there today (I think she may be the owner, not really sure). Today I ordered a italian sub with french fries and asked for no seasoning on the fries because I am allergic to it. She brings the food out and of course the fries have seasoning on them. I proceed to nicely inform her that these have seasoning, could I please get some without? She then goes on to inform me that they always have seasoning to which I replied I ordered it without seasoning. She fixed the order and we ate what we could, however it was like she was ticked at me because she didn't remember not to season the fries. We love to eat here and otherwise everything is great. However in the future, will have to give some serious thought if their prices are worth it if the waiters are...
